Sorry, when I think of "Clinton" and "library" in the same sentence, I see Slick hitting on some unsuspecting librarian.Actually, Clinton and Library go well together-you just have to make a letter substitution-LIEBRARY

Honey, we've been paying for those criminals for years now. I don't expect it to end for at least another 10-20 years. But at least we don't have to see his ugly mug on TV all the time anymore!
Gotta be thankful for small favors.

Sorry, when I think of "Clinton" and "library" in the same sentence, I see Slick hitting on some unsuspecting librarian. When I think of Clinton (try not to) I think of jail sentence...the one he keeps escaping!
Welcome to FR Lisa! You're off to a great start!

I don't know if Rich will make it but you can bet the media frenzy will make the Paul Wellstone tribute seem somber and dignified by comparison.

Actually, Clinton and Library go well togetherAfter all, he is in tight with the publisher of Hustler magazine. Didn't Bubba keep a big stash of porn on Air Force One?

You need another substitution. This institution has control of his administration's archives. It is functionally the Clinton Lie-bury

Hillary was no fool. She knew Bubba needed them and got people to give them to her, free of charge.

The SOB scheduled the opening for Nov. 14-18, 2004.
This way the spotlight goes off of President Bush's reelection win on Nov. 2nd.
I hope Bush is busy rearranging his sock drawer and thus, can in no way, attend.

This is my take on the tour:
Welcome to the Bill Clinton library....
This is the early years....check out Bill watching the American Flag burn....whoops, no, don't look at that...let's move on..
And now, we move on to Bill Clinton as governor of Arkansas.....whoops, no don't look at that, (how did that letter from Juanita Broderick get in here)
Yes, these were the years in which Bill made his most powerful allies....Bloodworth-Thomason, Spielberg, Hanks, Steisand,...whoops, I meant some foreign dignitaries...
And finally, the Presidental room, where all of Bill Clinton's accomplishments are housed....ummm, it's empty???

Is there an admission to this place? If there is a guest book I doubt it will last long with some of the comments good Freepers would add. Perhaps the only censored thing in the place.

If somebody down in that neck of the woods hired an airplane to drag a message banner with a pithy anti-Clinton phrase, I'd surely be obliged to help defray the costs. Better yet, skywrite something like: "Better put some ice on that"
