Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

My brother currently lives in DC in the home of one of the lead investigative reporters for the WSJ (it's his brother-in-law).

In that home they have KI pills, gas masks, weapons and ammo and a packed Surburban for bugging out at a moments notice.

Last night I asked him what the people on the "inside" think about the current situation. He said that the people in the know, which would include his contacts in federal law enforcement, believe that Al-Qiada has already planted at least one nuclear device, possible a nuclear bomb, in a US city. He has already moved his wife and children to a family farm in Arkansas. A number of people took their family to Grandma's for christmas break and returned to town without them because of the threat."

I'm assuming he's referring to the Wall Street Journal.

So I can't enter that Yahoo Group anymore. I think another freeper may have been blocked too. I received a copy of the email that was sent to him.

He has always reminded me greatly of someone I spotted shortly after 911 on a local Indian reservation in a cigarette shop in the shop's office area. When I walked out to my car, he was then behind the wheel of the car next to mine staring at me. I was slightly creeped as anyone woman would be when someone unfamilar stares at them, but I also thought "what wonderful serene eyes" he has. In my subsequent monthly visits to the FBI website, I spotted the sheik dude and went, hmmmm. But so many of the most wanted look familiar to me. But this guy looked very familiar.

After weeks of should I or shouldn't I, I called the FBI and when I was finally able to reach someone -- and that alone took quite a few minutes -- they sounded breathless and like they couldn't be bothered (alright, so I waited until New Year's Eve of 2001 to call...I like to be sure before I report something! As I said, many of the most wanted look familiar.) The woman on the phone with me from the FBI NYC office kept getting the name of the town where the Indian reservation was located wrong multiple times even after I spelled it! And when -- because of that -- I very much wanted to spell the name of this Sheik Swedan guy to her, she told me there was no time for that. But I know the FBI was crazy busy that New Year's Eve and some of most wanted terrorists were new addditions, so I forgave them and reported the info on the internet as backup.

--The poisoning of a drinking water plant that supplies an entire US city and using the lethal Sarin gas against US human crowds. He
pointed out that some Japanese groups had resorted to this way easily.

--The strike to be carried out simultaneously with strikes against US and Western embassies in the world.

--There will be a strike in winter and one in summer.

--The use of what he called the booby-trapped death vehicles and also human bombs, which he said will move freely in the US cities streets.
