[history]
Monday, November 3, 2003
A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.
The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?
The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.
Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.
DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.
Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

Not saying the borders aren't important. Just want you to understand that this is technology that can launch from space. Hence is why we have to make our strong hold on the Moon and Mars.

When will we ever learn?????? Earth to the energy department, hellooooo, remember 9-11?
Thanks for the post.
WASHINGTON (AP) - The Energy Department should improve safeguards to keep foreign scientists who work at government research labs from gaining unauthorized access to sensitive information, the agency watchdog said in a report Wednesday. The report said investigators found that foreigners were "assigned to potentially sensitive projects without authorization" or adequate background checks or checks against lists of banned individuals that are kept by other agencies. The issue of foreigners working at the federal weapons labs has been a sensitive one for years.

This is a quick and dirty translation - I'm in the middle of something right this second and will fine tune it. It is rather strange. I'll revisit this later this evening.
The wording is very unusual. Why are they transliterating the Arabic instead of using Arabic characters?
Also they are using the plural form of Your which is very formal.

Here is a good transcript of Mansoor Ijaz on Brit's show. I missed it...glad to find it in writing.
BRIT HUME, HOST: The administration is not saying anything about this, and it is not even clear officials know anything about it. But some sources in Iraq are talking about a development that could prove an important turn in the search for weapons of mass destruction. For more on this we turn to the man who so often seems to know things before everybody else.
Fox News foreign affairs analyst Mansoor Ijaz, who joins us now from Berlin.
Mansoor, what's up?
MANSOOR IJAZ, FOX NEWS FOREIGN POLICY ANALYST: Well, Brit, what I have learned in the last 24 hours is that about three days ago in the northern part of Iraq, a convoy of trucks and jeeps and cars was brought across from Iran where some of the Kurdish Peshmergah -- these are these Kurdish rebels that are sort of like Mujahideen, if I may put it that way, from the old Afghan War.
They intercepted one of those trucks that were carrying a large warhead that had extremely sophisticated plastic -- C- 4 plastic explosives in it. And when the driver of that truck was put under interrogation, he then admitted that as many -- there were a total of 30 warheads that apparently were scheduled to come across.
One of them got caught, and 29 made it across somehow or the other. Of those 29, we are told now that somewhere between six and 12 of them may have, in fact, been laden with chemical explosives that would be then attached to a rocket of some sort inside Iraq that's already there in a separate convoy. And that those warheads would then be exploded over, for example, an encampment near the Coalition Provisional Authority (search) or something like that.
Now, what alarmed me about this and the reason that I felt it was necessary to get this out as soon as possible, is because I have now heard three times in the last week, from separate sources that I have been talking to that something big is being planned for Baghdad. In which the idea that is being put forward is to kill as many as 3,000 to 5,000 people at one shot; something that would be similar to a World Trade Center (search) type of attack. In that part of the world, the only way you could get that done is if you launched a massive chemical or biological attack.......

Here is the text that goes with the map:
Pakistan - the heart of Islamic Terrorism
The events of September 11, 2001 (9/11) will forever be etched in our memories. But the terrorists who attacked the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon were not alone. There are millions of Islamic fundamentalists, terrorists, extremists, radicals and militants - around the world and at home who would like nothing better than to destroy those they consider infidels. Whether it be in the United States, Israel, India, Russia, the Philipines etc - these terrorists will NOT rest until they have accomplished their sinister goal of converting the world to Islam. Whether it be Yasser Arafat, Osama Bin Laden, Mullah Omar, General Pervez Musharraf, or Khattab - the goal of these terrorists is to forward their terrorism agenda by destroying the infidels (the non-believers ie the non-muslims). People like Steve Emerson have warned us in the past, yet we have fallen to appeasing these terrorists and their terror supporting regimes.
In many ways, a sinister plot develops as fundamentalist Islamic nations of the world conspire with others to strip us of the freedoms and liberties we cherish. China, North Korea, Cuba, and Myanmar (Burma) along with Islamic Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Albania/Kosovo and others wish to form their own New World Order. Except this one will take us back to the middle ages either through Communism or the Islamic sword.
When it comes to supporting terrorism - Pakistan still ranks on top. No matter what the current dictator General Musharraf says, his actions are clear - forward the agenda of radical Islam. He has done so in the past and continues to do so with no indication of changing with his now famous token public statements for western consumption. As long as he continues to get US taxpayer and Worldbank/IMF money and a pat on the back, he is happy to keep things just the way they are in Pakistan.

Yes. My point was though the map wasn't from a terror/jihadi site.
Nor am I disputing that is the intention. Here are Sheik Bakri's own words:
Syrian-born Sheik Omar Bakri, founder and leader of the Islamic Religious Court in London and head of the Al-Muhajiroun Islamist Organization, predicted Western civilization and law would eventually succumb to Islam.
Bakri said the West was guilty of imposing "man-made law" on Muslims, but that a "[future] Islamic regime will impose Islamic religious rulings on them."
"Allah willing, we will transform the West into Dar Al-Islam [that is, a region under Islamic rule] by means of invasion without," said Bakri. "If an Islamic state arises and invades [the West] we will be its army and its soldiers from within. If not, [we will change the West] through ideological invasion - without war and killing."

This poster's "paTTTan" similar to EOM's "ameriKKKa"? (Just my 2 cents - been following this thread for a few days - better than reading a spy novel! ;) )

Oh heck I have no clue. I just did a quick translation.
It is a strange message though.
Has anyone searched to see if the same message was posted to any other groups?
