Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

Gregory A. White, United States Attorney, Northern District of Ohio, Gerald L. Mack, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Northern District of Ohio, and Michael Hodzen, Interim Special Agent in Charge for Ohio Immigration and Customs Enforcement, announced the arrest and the unsealing of a federal indictment charging Fawaz Mohammed Damrah, aka., Fawaz Damra, with unlawfully obtaining his U.S. citizenship through a false or fraudulent application, sworn to under oath, with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS). Damrah was arrested by members of the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force at approximately 8:30 am on 01/13/2004. The arrest, which was without incident, took place at Damrah's residence, 1012 Lake Meadows Drive, Strongsville, Ohio. Damrah became a naturalized U.S. citizen on April 29, 1994.

The indictment charges that Damrah, age 41, unlawfully obtained his U.S. citizenship by concealing material facts in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1425. The statutory penalty for a violation of Section 1425, as alleged in this indictment, is up to five (5) years in prison, $5,000 fine, and up to three (3) years of Supervised Release. The actual sentence in this case, upon conviction, will be determined by the Court under the mandatory Federal Sentencing Guidelines which depend upon a number of factors unique to each case, including the defendant's prior criminal record, if any; the defendant's role in the offense; and the unique characteristics of the violation. In all cases, the sentence will not exceed the statutory maximum and in most cases it will be less than the maximum. Additionally, in the event Damrah is convicted of concealing material facts in his application to become a naturalized U.S. citizen he could be stripped of his citizenship and deported.

Specifically, the indictment alleges Damrah concealed from INS his membership in and/or affiliation with: (1) Afghan Refugees Services Incorporated, a division of the Kafah Refugee Center, aka., Al-Kifah Refugee Center, aka., Alkifah Refugee Center Incorporated; (2) Palestinian Islamic Jihad, aka., the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine; and (3) Islamic Committee for Palestine, aka., Islamic Concern Project. The indictment further alleges Damrah concealed from INS the fact that he had, prior to his application for citizenship, "incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution" of Jews and others by advocating and/or supporting violent terrorists attacks against Jews and others. Finally, the indictment alleges Damrah concealed from INS the fact that he had been charged with assault arising out of an altercation at the JFK International Airport.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Ronald B. Bakeman, James V. Moroney, and Cherie L. Krigsman, Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Counterterrorism Section, following an investigation by the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force.

An indictment is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. A defendant is entitled to a fair trial in which it will be the government's burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

Damrah's arraignment is scheduled for today, at 2:00 pm, before the Honorable James S. Gwin, U.S. District Court Judge, Northern District of Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The Syrian-born Arabic translator accused of trying to spy on the Guantanamo Bay prison was arraigned before a military judge in California yesterday.
Air Force Senior Airman Ahmad I. al-Halabi is accused of attempting to deliver more than 180 written messages from suspected terrorists being detained at U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to an unidentified citizen of Syria. He faces life in prison if convicted.
In addition to attempted espionage, a military judge presiding over the case yesterday read 15 other counts against Airman al-Halabi, including disobeying orders, mishandling classified information and lying."

The only thing that I would give them is a prison cell for a short time and bar them from the country.

I don't have a TV, so "see" my pictures on the Internet, that means that there is more time to really look at them and you soon realize that you are seeing the same faces all over the world.

The commie news will report them as local protesters and if we only knew, there may not even be 10% of them that are from America.

During the Iraq war, I checked all most all of the FReeper protest pictures and the commie signs cost lots of money, maybe it came from someone like Soros, who wants President Bush to fail.

I remember one FReeper saying that they had seen only a couple of homemade signs at a protest, the picture showed a small group of old hippies, with peace signs, that were homemade.

Could it be that these were the only American protesters?

In my opinion, the liberals that I know are prime examples of successful brainwashing.

My navy husband taught me about brainwashing after the Cuban Crisis and later I married ex-Army and he taught me about on the ground soldiers and what he went thru in the German prison camp in WW2.

So I have a strange education.

I am not sure if someone else posted this information. It was listed on another site and I thought that I would also post it here. I am not sure about this guy's credibility. I have heard others call him a fraud, but he is SO convincing. I hope that this isn't true!

Mansoor Ijaz predicts chemical weapons attack in Baghdad.

A truck that had extremely sophisticated C-4 plastic explosives AND warheads was intercepted 3 days ago. There were 30 warheads that were scheduled to come across. One got caught and 29 got across.

Between 6 and 12 of the warheads may have been laden with chemical explosives that would be attacked to a rocket and those warheads would be exploded over troops or the Coalition Provisional Authority.

He has heard this 3 times in recent weeks and that something big is planned to kill as many as 3-5,000 people in one shot.

We need to talk to Kurdish rebels to find out where the other 29 trucks went. Mansoor talked to one of the Generals today about how to handle this.

He said his sources are unimpeachable. He said we will hear more about OBL in the print media in coming days and it's the same unimpeachable source that he has used in the last week or so to talk about where OBL is and how he looks.
