Terri Schiavo apparently had an eating disorder. Even some of her family members have said they think so.

Yes I read your link. It doesn't look like the firmest diagnosis I've ever seen.

Amen. I just don't know anybody in their 20's who would say they would want to live the majority of their life in the State Terri is in. I'm going to be flamed and insulted for what I've just said, but it's the truth.

It's more of a diagnosis than "her husband saw fat pictures of her so he wanted to kill her," don't you think? I believe that was one of your theories posted yesterday.

No ---- that wasn't my theory --- I never posted that. It seems the husband was very verbally abusive toward her over her weight and made some fun of her over some "fat pictures" he had seen of her.

How big is his house, what kind of car does he drive? He did get a settlement for his pain and suffering and he does work. Why shouldn't he have a house and a car?

My husband has made fun of fat pictures of me, does that mean he may kill me one day?

More than his mocking her about being fat and threatening to leave her if she got fat, would be his checking her mileage, controlling who she saw and limiting her leaving the house. Also her comments to the friend about wishing to get out of the marriage. It sounds at the very least Michael was a serious control freak, she wanted out ---- away from him ---- that can be a volatile situation.

Does he check the mileage on your car? Does he control where you can go, who you can visit? Does he ever try to keep your family from visiting you? Do you find yourself crying often, speculating to your friend that you would like to find a way out? If so --- then I would say get out. Not for the fat jokes ---- those are common enough.

Hi, Hildy, remember me? I'm one of the Freepers who on earlier threads asked questions of you that you never responded to. Here's food for thought, Hildy.

Michael says he doing all this out of love for his wife. Out of his commitment to his marriage vows with Terri. If that's true, then how does he think his marriage vows to Terri included dating other women within a year of her collapse, bringing these other women to visit Terri in the care facility where she lived, moving in with another woman 5 years after her collapse, and fathering two children by this same woman? If Michael knew that Terri didn't want to have any tubes, why on earth did he allow one to be inserted in the first place?

Now that's a man with high regard for his marital vows! Oh, there's more, Hildy. If he respected Terri as much as he says he does, why on earth did he not allow for her to receive viaticum when she was already in the starving, dehydration death process. It's Terri's right to receive a final communion as a Catholic. He denied her that Sacrament. In case you're not versed with Catholic ways, the Eucharist is not considered to be food by the Church.

Why don't you see the obvious? I don't have to pass judgement on this man. His actions contradict his words.

I'm not convinced she knowingly would have taken anything --- what if she was being poisoned by a husband who saw the "fat" pictures and decided he wanted to be rid of her. We had a case here where the man was losing weight, they tested him for cancer, for all kinds of diseases, he kept losing weight, getting sicker and sicker, losing his appetite. They finally tested him for heavy metal poisoning and found the problem -- arsenic --- his wife was putting arsenic in his orange juice --- trying to murder him slowly.

I just emailed Larry and sent along the affidavit by Carly Iyers, one of the registered nurses who was fired after reporting to police, from the Hospice, what Michael was doing to taunt and deny even basic services for Terri. Man that man wants Terri to suffer.

I also sent Larry the World Net Daily article that includes quotes from Dr. Orient (assc of the American College of Physicians and Surgeons) regarding the abuse of Terri, the incredible abuse of denying stimulation and therapy.

Gosh I hope Larry reads my email...and I hope, in his heart, he realizes there is a HUGE other side to this story.

Please Freepers-ask Larry to provide the other side of the story, the REST of the story! Enough emails might prick his conscience, if he has any left.
