The feeding tube was removed on 10/15 but Terri's Law wasn't passed until 10/21. As soon as it passed the Governor signed an EO to have it reinserted.

FL State police went to the Hospice to make sure it was reinserted ASAP. Terri was taken to a hospital to begin rehydration. The miracle was that she apparently suffered no damage to her kidneys after 6 days of starvation & dehydration.

Jodi has the house in her name to make sure that Schiavo does not leave her for anothe. Plus if there are legal claims against Schaivo, the home is protected. So for practical reasons they are already "married." It's just a matter of an inconvenient first wife to get out of the picture!

I am still trying to get more information on the child he is supposedly paying child support on that he fathered during yet another adulterous relationship, this one BEFORE Terri's injury. Drat work anyway. The next couple of days are going to be tough to follow because I have to be away, both out of town trips too. Argh!!


If this is true then there is a woman and a child out there and maybe a paternity suite in the court records..Wish this lady would come forward and help us

I believe I heard him say (in the context of the removal of a feeding tube as 'painless & natural') that 'I had to do the same for my parents.'

My husband was listening also and that's the impression he got as well. We didn't think it was in regard to the Hospice.

Actually, MS stated that he had had to place his parents in Hospice and that the Hospice program had been of great help to him. He said zero about dehydrating or starving his parents. It is incorrect to make such an insinuation toward what he did actually say.

This is the letter written by Terri's friend Kathy to the St. Petersburg times. She lives in the area and has been trying get someone to listen to her for a long time.

Dear Mr. Levesque,

I am sure that you wrote your article on Theresa Marie Schindler Schiavo in what you believed was the truth. However, I can stay quiet no longer.

It is a proven fact that Mr. Schiavo had at least one affair and fathered an illegitimate child while still married to Terri before she was injured,

He is paying child support. Since her injuries, it is also a proven fact that he has been with numerous women one with whom he now has one child with another on the way.

No one has investigated nor seems to even care that the night that this happened to Terri they had had a huge fight. She had confided to family members and friends that he had become abusive and controlling. She was advised not to go home that night but to spend the night with a girlfriend but she went home. Hours later he called Bob Schindler saying Terri was on the floor hurt. He did not call 911 first.

There are medical records that sustain the fact that Terri suffered multiple broken bones that night and came to the hospital with a rigid neck. I have all that info if you are interested and would be happy to send to you.

To say that Mr. Schiavo loves Terri is nonsense.

He lost the ability to say "my wife" with any credence a very long time ago.

I wish that just one person would print the truth about this guy. I truly believe that the only reason he wants her dead so much is because he never wants her to come out of this and point the finger at him for battering her almost to death. He wants to finish what he started that night.

You probably won't investigate any of this. No one seems to care what happened to Terri but at least I know I have tried.

Well-for sure he wanted her DEAD after promising in court to care for her for the rest of his life, with the money given to him for her rehabilitation and care. What a sick man.. terri, with all she has to deal with, and her parents, with all that they have had to suffer, had to stand by and watch this monster torture their daughter any way possible....from basic grooming needs to simply therapy for dwindling, tight, stiffening limbs...this man has made terri's life, such as it is, a REAL LIVING HELL.

And enjoyed threatening the nurses as well...PROBABLY, as we now know, because of this CONNECTIONS to the very HOSPICE itself. As Carla Iyers said....everyone seemed to be afraid of him.

This man is sick. And calling him sociopathic is not too far afield.

Whew.........what a bunch of posts! I think everyone summed it up very well. I almost didn't watch the thing, but decided I would. I just HAD to see what this guy had to say. All in all, I think Larry King did a pretty good job, for him. I was so glad to see the clips from the family. At least people got to see the Mom and Dad give their views. These were clips from a CNN story that LK did with the parents. Did anyone notice that after Terri's Mom talked in one clip and the camera went back to MS, he said "Well, I don't know where you got that tape." It was a CNN tape, you dufus!! Of course, he didn't have a good response to that. I think everyone's assessment of MS was pretty accurate.....he looked like some kind of sleezy pimp. What a way for him to dress.... I really thought he would have been much smoother in his answers. He started out with the slime, sounded well rehearsed. But the questions just threw him for a loop. I thought the hedging on the lie detector test were pretty damning, as well as the fact that he wouldn't answer the challenge to allow CNN cameras in. I was bummed cause LK didn't know that Schiavo had a child (maybe 2 by now?) with his girlfriend, but it really worked out pretty well. You could tell LK was shocked by that, and I'm sure the viewers not informed about the case were shocked also. I certainly hope they were. Someone posted (way back earlier) that they had the feeling LK didn't believe M. Schiavo. I had the same feeling...... the questions about why he didn't just walk away? LK mentioning he didn't know what his own daughter wanted, etc. LK did much better than I expected, gotta give him credit for that. This interview just did nothing but firmly convince me that MS thinks he is some type of celebrity now. We all know it's "not about Terri" as he claims....it's about what he and his nerdy lawyer can get out of the whole thing. I couldn't believe he said he had been through the removal of feeding tubes with his parents. I'll have to read the transcripts, but that sure sounded like that is what he meant. Okay, I'll shut up......sorry so long......but gosh, y'all kept me busy reading!! Thanks for all the info......

It is my understanding that Michael called Terri's father who told him to call 911. Terri's father then called Bobby to get over there to Terri ASAP.
