Jodi has the house in her name to make sure that Schiavo does not leave her for anothe. Plus if there are legal claims against Schaivo, the home is protected. So for practical reasons they are already "married." It's just a matter of an inconvenient first wife to get out of the picture!
Could Alfred Hitchcock have thought up this scenario? Probably even the great Hitchcock could not have imagined how low human beings would resort to gain power or money.

Do you think MS paid for the house out of Terri's trust and then put the property in Jodi's name?
Investigation needs to be done on just how $1.2M was spent.

Hitchcock would have written a hero into the script. We've had some mini-victories but Terri is still being used as the poster child for liberal judges to tell the great unwashed to pizz off, as well as being used by the pro-death crowd to usher in euthansia of the unwanted.
