[history]
An ambulance returned Terri Schiavo to hospice care in Florida on Wednesday evening.
PINELLAS PARK, Florida (CNN) -- The brain-damaged woman at the center of a Florida right-to-die controversy had her feeding tube reinserted Wednesday, a day after the governor ordered her feedings be renewed.

**both sides to agree within five days on an independent guardian for Terri, as required under the law signed by the governor.**
This would be a step in the right direction for all.

For Terri's sake I hope this Dr. Jay Wolfson is not the brother of Dr. Lester(?) Wolfson who used to be a chancellor at Indiana Unviersity at South Bend.

Please keep voting!
How different the reaction is to that of keeping Sunny Von Bulow alive, now 20 years in a coma. Thanks to Sunny's children, the husband did not get his way and have her die.

This is the first article (and from CNN, yet!) that actually seems unbiased. I would have liked them to mention that the moment Michael won the cases, he stopped Terri's money from being spent for therapy, and it was only at that point he wanted to pull her feedings.
There is also an inaccuracy as far as "Terri's family was told she was back at the hospice." According to what the son said on TV, he said when he was told he could visit Terri, and went to the hospital, they told he she was gone and they weren't allowed to tell him where she was.

He's caught up in a whirlwind over this. Remember Felos is professional "right to die" lawyer. Schiavo is caught up in the agenda of a very powerful group. Not that he doesn't want to be, but sometimes it is hard to back out. Remember the story of Norma Corvey (Roe of Roe vs Wade), who was used by the pro aborts to push through abortion. They were looking for a subject to get their law through the courts. She feels she was totally used.
Also I have to question if the parents can manage to do this. Remember she may have a large life insurance policy with prudential, that won't get paid if she doesn't die. There may be a LOT of money here.
And remember the guy may simply be such a nasty sleaze that he just wants her dead by now, becuase he hates that family so much. I don't know that, but that's a possibility.

The only thing I know about the mistress is that Schiavo has been having her mother stand guard over Terri's hospital bed, making sure her parents didn't feed her.
I question the class of anyone who has their mistress's family caring for their ill wife.
They don't sound too hot to me.

"I question the class of anyone who has their mistress's family caring for their ill wife. "
I question his mental status along with that of the sl*t and her family. She won't put up with his abuse after she figures out he is going to end up broke after the lawsuits that come hurling his way. She's a gold digger, he's a narcissistic sociopath. I bet these two make ducky parents.
What he is doing to Terri and her real family is adding as much dehuminizing controlling humiliation as the liberal judges gleefully allow. They are all vermin in my opinion. I would suggest everyone send some money to Terri's family to help them.

There is a poll on Bill O'Reilly's site about this as well. Might want to freep that one too. I think it is www.oreilly.com
To: I still care
Anyone know her family's names. I'm wondering if their names shouldn't be all over the news media if they're involved in this.
A good freeping wouldn't bother them. would it?

Thanks for the ping, Julie! I'm playing catch up. :o

Reading all the threads is like herding cats!
Someone-on some thread was asking about this info. Bumping again and hoping they see it.

I have been giving MS the benefit of the doubtHe is innocent unless proven guilty.
I could be wrong in thinking there are too many self-serving logical inconsistencies in what Schiavo (and Felos and Greer) say and do.

How are you doing, kimmie7?

I feel sorry for his children, also. It's not like they asked to have him for a father. It's probably going to be hard on them in the future.

The correct URL for Bill O'Reilly is:

However....I couldn't find the poll.

She won't put up with his abuse after she figures out he is going to end up broke after the lawsuits that come hurling his way. If she offs him in "self-defense", would that protect his/her money from those lawsuits? Does anyone know the laws on that?

To: JulieRNR21
http://www.billoreilly.com/ That is where I found the poll - but it is no longer there, I do not know how often he changes them. I know he announces the outcomes on air but didn't hear his show tonight.
