Terri's brother, Bobby, just reported that Terri is MISSING!! He has been waiting all day to see her, he got the green light, and she's gone...

News 9 reporter said she's gone back to hospice, but the family does not know where she is and has NO CONFIRMATION.

It's pretty much understood that the "family" in the title refers to Terri's blood relatives who have been fighting for her right to live.

But if you think it's confusing, changing it to "W/O Schindlers' consent" would suffice.

If I remember correctly, Coral Snake posted the information that Federal requirements are such that one must be terminal and expected to die within six months before hospice care is ordered. I believe it might be in a thread he started yesterday, but I don't remember the title.

She isn't "missing...W/O familys consent", legally Michael is her family, and he consented.
Maybe consider changing the thread title or removing it altogether.

Two reasons: (1) Because he wanted to maximize a malpractice award by having doctors testify that she was treatable and would live a normal livespan, and by testifying personally that he intended to do all he could to rehabilitate her; (2) Because he had not yet met with George Felos, his attempts at killing Terri were limited to amateur but inconspicuous attempts at having her die from "natural causes". It wasn't until after he met George Felos that he realized she didn't have to die from anything subtle (and ineffective)--he could opt to outright kill her instead.

Not true. Original story was broke on the Bay9 News broadcast that we listened to live. The report was from the Schindler family (brother specifically) as they were trying to see their daughter at the hospital after visitation was granted by Michael Schiavo. The hospital only told him that she was gone. Dandelion broke the story. It has developed since.

It could go down liek this. Micahel and Terri get into a fight because he is having and affair and is an abusive asshole. She tells him she wants a divorce, he tries to strangle her. Whe is close to death, but continues to fight. Micahel gets a malpraictice suite against the previosu docters who had treated her for an eating disoder, where he testifies he needs the moeny to care for his wife and that he want to go to school to lern to be a nurse and bring her home "machines and all" Michale has the money and want to get rid of the wife. Micahel gets a new lawyer, a righ tto die advocate and michael remembers that Terri said she would want to die.

The parents know what kind of jack ass this guy is and that Terri wanted to get a divorce. They suspect Micahel tried to kiil their daughter. They know that he refues to treat her and he is trying everyway to kill her ; their baby.

thi sis not a right to die case, this is a right to kill case.

He shouldn't be considered her family any longer, since he has a wife and kids waiting for him at home. That changes his place in Terri's life drastically. Lets be fair and balanced here. It should at least change the guardianship to a blood relative.

Yes . . . divorce and moving on is the obvious thing for the 'normal' person. Which I think we're agreeing here after all this Michael is NOT.

But in addition to greed or any need to cover up past abuse / neglect, the word is he 'can't' just divorce Terri. His new live-in girlfriend, w/one child and another one on the way, is Catholic. Apparently (I'm not kidding here) she wants this to be OK'd and legit by the Catholic church. Because Terri & MIchael's marriage was 'for better or for worse', Terri must be, well, dead for it to end. Then all is peachy keen for the two lovebirds. At least until he starts abusing her, calling her fat, etc.

I asked some Catholics at the vigil/protest about an annulment vs. divorce. The comment was, "You could probably get an annulment out of a vending machine in this area." But since marriage is 'for better or for worse' it doesn't really fly -- I had people on both sides of me talking about this, some disagreements -- except for this additional reason for Terri's demise.

Just saw a short mention about terri on CNN...They sounded like hey she was hydrated just 24 hrs ago and now back at Hospice. they sound like hey she is OK yeah sure she needs medical help there might be more coming up in a few min

Most of the ones I have noted that from are male and several carry an "Esq" behind their name. My opinion is they're fascinated that Michael is about to carry out the "perfect murder" aided by self-proclaimed "gods" known as the judiciary. If I could advise their wives, it would be to lose any life insurance, along with the "husband"....there is an ugly side of some males showing around here, that's for sure. I would also bet there isn't a small amount of misogny behind their death cheer either. I guess everyone has an opinion, and for what its worth, the above is mine.
