Michael is accused of wanting to cash in on an insurance policy and already is living with another woman, while still married to Terri, and has had a child with her.
Some point out that Schiavo's husband has both a girlfriend and a great deal to gain - a life insurance policy that doubles in case of accidental death.
And evidently they had an agument the day of her collapse according to one article over an $80.00 trip to have her hair done. They were living in the same apartment complex as her brother and she decided to stay home instead of going out with her brother so she could talk to PMS. This is just some of the stuff I found on the internet! MCD

Question from Vote.com:

So what is specific about floridas, that makes you feel this bill is unconstitutional? I'm not flaming. Just trying to figure out what Terri is up against if it goes this far.

Oh YES, I think it's a matter of who interprets! Problem is, which one is rubbing the other's back - The Mutual Admiration Society.

Time for a break, FReepers, but I'll check back. If any of you know FReeper attorneys, please ping them here and read backwards. May the Lord illuminate those areas that need attention, that Terri might be freed from this nightmare, in the name of Jesus, Amen ...

F L A S H Substitute host for Michael Savage Show (on now in my part of the country) is asking for people to call in to discuss Terri Schiavo saga. Telephone number is: 1-800-449-8255

Every little peice of dirt freepers were able to get on felos, schiavo, greer, and the mistress were on this thread:
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/971896/posts but the thread is over 5300 posts long. If anyone can wade through that, there is a TON of info, even including how much money their house is worth. That thread has more dirt in it than the carpet in my apartment! (and i have a toddler and a crawler who are messy eaters!)

lakey, Terri left no written instructions indicating her wish to die under certain circumstances. That's the issue.
Anyone who has a notarized living will does not have to worry. This law was restricted to certain conditions. I don't see how any right to die laws are overturned by this.
To: Pegita
They should be Public record, not sure if we can find them on the net tho. I will keep looking.
Does anyone have access to Netdective? I am thinking of buying this software tomorrow. With Netdective, you can find out anything..on anyone.
Gonna sign off in 10 mins. God Bless Terri and all you Freepers out there. Nite.

When are the five days up? Monday?

Unbelievable. Guest objects that we're playing football with a woman's life. That's bad. Destroying it is ok.
What a nightmare.

"The Right-to-Die law. Every state can make their own laws in such matters. Oregon has allowed it, but Michigan outlawed assisted suicide (Kervorikan)."
But the lawmakers didn't address the case when there is no living will and there is a dispute as to what Terri said. According to the medical records she may have been abused by her husband. And even if she had said something like she didn't want to end up on life support, a feeding tube is not the same thing. It is outlawed in some states as cruel and inhumane. Lawmakers are always changing the law. They refine the law in this case so that Terri's case would be handled with common sense, not an activist judge willing to take away her constitutional rights.
I told my husband he can make the decision if I'm ever in a similar circumstance. He knows me better than the doctors. I'll never forget the doctors telling us that my father was basically brain dead, when he was still talking to the family. I won't make a living will because of too many cases like Terri's. I listened to the Florida lawmakers special session and there were one or two that had similar experiences as mine.
Evidently doctors often write off patients that can be rehabilitated.
Terri's father has said she is starting to respond to him again. If they could get this woman into rehabilitation therapy, she just may make some progress.

" the mainstream press seems to be succeeding in making a lot of people think that this is the case of extremists pressing their cause" It is, only not the way they are trying to present it. The extremists are the ones who have a vested interest in the death of a disabled woman and are willing to lie to everyone in the effort to have it accomplished.

Your friend's essay ... as good as any sermon I've heard in years!
To what level of degredation have we slipped in American when we accept the lying treachery of a president whose most obvious accomplishment was to pretty much get out of the way of business and industry and let them enrich us, while he practiced debauchery, degeneracy, and treason, ignoring our building peril from terrorists? We get what we deserve, sadly. Now, cannibalism is our future 'glory'.
