UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes. H E L P !!!!!

Thank you for sharing that. Sometime I'll tell you about my sweet little Hannah Marie. She only made it to 7 months, but she touched a whole bunch of lives along the way, I assure you.

Before Orville Lynn Majors, LPN, joined the nursing staff at Vermillion County Hospital in Clinton, Indiana, in 1993, only around twenty-six people died there per year [snip] In only twenty-two months of his service there, 147 people died, most of them while he was working.  Majors seemed oblivious to the fact that someone would eventually grow concerned.  A nursing supervisor started asking questions.

[snip] a 1.5 million-dollar investigation that covered 160 deaths between May 1993 and February 1995 revealed that Majors sometimes took his own initiative in "treating" patients, something for which he had no authority.  Investigators exhumed fifteen bodies to examine tissues, finding that at least six deaths were consistent with the administration of epinephrine and potassium chloride.  Most had experienced a rise in blood pressure before their hearts had stopped.  Police searched Majors' residence, where they found a stash of suspicious syringes and needles, along with the two drugs.  They also found potassium chloride in vials in a van owned by Majors' parents and driven by him.

I thought that M Schiavo was not going to be allowed to keep guardian status...is it just because a new guardian has not been appointed yet?

JGordon Liddy apparently has been discussing this case. We should send info also to O'Reilly. Terri's husband could have divorced her, but he won't. Instead, he is shakced up with some woman and causing Terri nothing but harm. Imagine not wanting her parents to see they critically ill daughter! What a monster!

Exactly -- you would think in a case that, if they get it wrong, they've just killed someone against their will, the burden of proof would be higher, not lower!
