Florida legislators move to rescue Terri Schiavo

Again, it is against the law. A judge cannot determine to hear any case or evidence that is "presumed". To have papers filed in absence of any action by the Governor first is like saying, "I am pressing charges against you for robbing my house even if you haven't done it yet." We need to FReep the judge, courthouse, etc.

This is my message to George Greer and his boss Chief Justice Demers

I have a very hard time referring to you as "Your Honor".

The only reason you would allow Schiavo's attorney to file for an injuction and have the gall to schedule it on calendar is because you are a genocidal freak!

You have done a lot of questionable things acting outside the law, all for you own self and selfish interests.

1. Refused to look at evidence, disregarding your own court investigator.
2. Allowing the husband who has severe conflicts of interest and motives to want her dead to kill her off.
3. Ruled that Terri can be cremated immediately EVEN THOUGH FLORIDA LAW PROHIBITS CREMATION OF ANYONE FOR 48 HOURS after death!
4. Scheduling a hearing for an injunction before the Governor has acted. The only reason you would do that is to make sure Terri dies. You do so at your own peril of losing your judgeship.
5. Petitions to remove you will come far and wide.
6. You had a chance to do the decent thing. It is obvious that you are worse than Schiavo and his ethically questionable attorney.
7. God have mercy on your soul, you will need it when the time comes for you to stand before God and explain yourself.

UPDATE FROM TERRI'S VIGIL SITE ON LOCATION... by floriduh voter and drk4the1: TERRI IS NOT BEING RE-HYDRATED AT MORTON PLANT HOSPITAL IN CLEARWATER, FL. The Governor's Office is under the impression and reporting that the procedure started at 7:07 pm. While it's being reported to the family attorney that she is not going to receive anything. A telephonic hearing is scheduled to begin at 8:30 pm est with Judge Douglas Baird re: Michael Schiavo's suit against Gov. Bush and his executive order of today. Additionally, Michael S. is disputing his removal as Terri's legal guardian. Anything helpful appreciated. Contact floriduh voter or the drk screen name. We are outside fighting the mosquitoes.
