I can't speak for human urine, but dog urine sets the reaction up something fierce - I was cleaning up a mess the dog left one day in the garage, and got run out by the gas. Same for me with a wooden box my cat had peed in.

Not that it will anyway...some guy gets up shouting and running towards the front of the plane...he's going to be tackled and hurt by the majority of passengers on board. If it's Southwest Airlines, he'll get more than hurt, some passengers on a Southwest Airlines flight a few years back killed a man who tried to get in the cockpit and crash the plane.

CNN reports it was in bags left under seats.CNN is the equivilent of what was in those bags.

the passenger killed on that flight was killed back around August of 2000, and I believe he was around 20, and may have been hopped up on drugs when they killed him.

Can't comment on much about the situation...
But it wasn't terrorism.

LMBO at myself...how about washing? Is that it? LOL! If I am trying to divide my attention between typing and listening to someone I occasionally find that what they're saying ends up on the screen. It can make for some pretty strange reading!

I did a real stupid thing once watching my floor. I do that too sometimes. You must be blonde, female and effected by allergies, too! :)

It also explains my phobia of cleaning products!!

Unless the note said something more ominous than what we've told this is a bad idea. What sort of terrorist would leave a note expressing concern for security? Not sure what your statement is trying to convey...

I shudder to think that there would be an entire airplane full of people who would, knowing what we know, allow the aircraft to be hijacked under any circumstances. It doesn't really matter what weapons the hijackers have, be they knives, handguns, or full-auto assault rifles.
Surely we haven't decended to that level of debased humanity.

These types of searches are SOP when the aircraft is an overnighter, which I have reason to believe they were.

In July of last year, we broke this story. After a presentation I made to the board of commissioners at LAX regarding protecting their glazing, I talked to a city councilman about the problem of people gaining access without going through metal detectors. He was astounded that food handlers can go to their building without going through security, drive a truck up to the plane without going through security, and then load the plane with security. Here's the story ---

So, in your scenario, somebody didn't perform their simple routine and well defined task. Works for me.

Brilliant. Somebody sneaks boxcutters, clay (imitating plastic explosives?), and bleach (corrosive) through airport "security", and leaves it on the plane. No one knows how many flights it stayed there.
It's finally discovered, and you say that proves that security is just fine? Okay, if you say so. Are you an airport security official, by any chance?

"Which airport?" you ask.
Atlanta. It's the only airport big enough to accomdate "all commercial planes in the US."
"All commercial planes in US currently being searched."
You should fire the person who reads to you (just kidding).... 8~)
