So, I'm guessing that the 8 PM Start time is Eastern Time?

My dream scenario tonight:
Yankees go up 7-0 into the bottom of the 7th, all unearned runs, with Pedro still in there. Clemens stayed in to finish off the top of the 7th, reliever will be coming in the next inning to close it out, and the DH position is coming up to bat. Torre pinch hits Clemens for the DH, so now its Pedro vs. Clemens.
One of two wonderful things would happen:
1) Pedro freaks and plunks Clemens, resulting in a bench-clearing brawl
2) Pedro doesn't take the bait, and so on the 2nd pitch Clemens accidently just happens to lose control of the bat, it goes spinning in Pedro's direction, resulting in a bench-clearing brawl
Unfortunately Torre has too much class to pinch hit Clemens, and wouldn't want to risk his suspension for the World Series. But I'd love to see gutless punk Clemens brawl with gutless punk Pedro.

LOL. We just got back from a three day visit to MA. We stopped at a service area on 495 that was selling "YANKEES SU**" t-shirts. And what's with the expression "Cowboy Up"? Somehow I can't see the connection between the BoSox and cowboys.

Which of these teams has the fewest ex-Cubs? I'll put my money on whichever team that is.

I've got a bad feeling about this one, but I had a good feeling about last night - so I suppose it goes to show that my hunches don't mean a damned thing.

Yankees, not a team to root for, just a logo. The team is always changing and the logo stays the same. Most fans are really rooting for the logo since the team changes on a dime.

GO YANKEES!
WATCH OUT FOR PEDRO THE TERRORIST!
:o)
Hey, by the way...did they ever determine what started the whole melee in the last game Pedro pitched? What started it all, anyhow?

I really don't have a dog in this fight. But, what the heck. Go Sox!

I did a count and I think that there's only one player I like between the two teams: Bernie Williams.

Yes...I am one of those Red Sox Fans, which Yankee Fans sometimes call "street thugs". But hey, after a HUNDRED years...are we to give up all hope of beating the Yankees in a playoff series? NEVER..I TELL YOU NEVER....will we give up hope. Well , sometimes we give up hope in the 7th inning when the other team is numerous runs ahead of us and we get up and go home.
I made my peace with the BAMBINO GHOST, I promised to cheer for the Chicago Cubs against the Red Sox, if the Red Sox could only beat the Yankees in the playoff. The Bambino Ghost must of heard and for some reason, let the Marlins win. The Bambino KNEW, it would be impossible for me to root for Anyone other than the RED SOX.
So win or lose tonight, NO FANS COULD LOVE YOU MORE RED SOX, THAN YOUR FANS..WE LOVE THE RED SOX......COWBOY UP!
