I remember taking a ride with some marines off base one night in an Olds 442 ..

Damn fine car,, almost hit a cow on that ride.. and it snowed at the beach that night too....

The owner eventually totaled the car in a collision, luckily no one killed, but some serious injuries to some involved.

It was too much horsepower for his tiny brain to handle safely.

*L*

I've got way too much horsepower for my tiny brain to handle, but fortunately, I've got 4 kids and 4 grandbabies, and I drive like it.

Hubby had one of those. His FATAL weakness, however, is mustangs. Old ones. Pick your 'Tang. Chances are it's remains are buried on the hill behind his mother's house. It is amazing he's still alive.

You can with the ones that have a dough hook. I know you can with the Power Prep Plus models. And, if you do so, when using the food processor method you have to be careful not to overheat the dough. (Get thyself a Bosch Mixer! See the Bread section. THAT's the way to make bread!!! ... I've been using a Whisper Mill to grind my own flour, too. So many recipes; so little time....) ;)

Oh yea .. I understood what you just said .. NOT!! *L*

I like "psychic" far better than "psycho"!!!!!!

Sort of like why I prefer Gabz to Gabby as a nickname.......

As to kneading bread dough - I've never done it. I never made a loaf of bread until I got a bread machine.

Pasta on the other hand, mound of flour right on the counter and just go at it!!!

One of my brothers had a 65 2+2 Fastback Mustang. He went thru a couple motors on that thing, flew like a bird, meeep meeep .. Just a lowly 289 bored out a bit, probably to a 302 .. Fun to drive.

make that 8-3 marlins, going to the bottom of the 8th

"But But But .. didn't they tell us all to listen to Powell and to follow his lead??"

Ah, but now they say Powell MISlead us...after spending all that time convincing us it was Bush who mislead us. They can't keep their stories straight and I am getting SOOOOOOO confused!
