Spencer Pratt is calling out politicians he says are corrupt as he continues to campaign for California’s mayoral election.
The political candidate revealed a new advertisement promoting his run for mayor, sharing the video to his X account on Wednesday, April 29, and simply writing: “They not like us.”
“This is where Mayor [Karen] Bass lives. You notice something?” the Hills alum, 42, began in the video ad, pointing to a house allegedly owned by the current California mayor, 72.
“Or here, where [Los Angeles city councilmember] Nithya Raman’s $3 million mansion sits,” he said. “They don’t have to live in the mess they’ve created — where you live.”
“This is where I live,” Pratt said, as he stood outside of a mobile home in an area that appears to have been ravaged in the California wildfires.
“They let my home burn down,” he continued. “I know what the consequences of failed leadership are. That’s why I’m running for mayor — for my sons and the rest of us Angelenos that want to stop these corrupt politicians from destroying our city.”
As Star previously reported, while commemorating the one-year anniversary of the devastating Palisades Fire, which destroyed his home and many others’, Pratt announced he’s running for mayor of Los Angeles.

I truly hope the citizens are able to put this guy in as Mayor.
It is a great ad. He must have been doing something productive. Real estate out there before the fire was expensive. Now the red tape is more expensive which is why it’s a mobile home.
He was on a reality show 20 years ago. His wife’s parents were loaded. Pretty sure they were living in one of the wife’s parents homes. Still, he is better than the career politicians in cali.
His wife Heidi’s parents are not wealthy, she grew up in a small mountain town Crested Butte, Colorado and they owned a local restaurant that shutdown in 2010. Spencer’s family was upper middle class with his father being a dentist and his mom a real estate agent. They are an example of a family being land rich but cash poor by having grown up in that area. He is nowhere near rich like some of his friends such as Brody Jenner.

Ok I may have had it mixed up with Heidi’s ex bestie Lauren Conrad also of Laguna Beach...now Lauren’s parents are loaded and Lauren herself is worth 40 million.
