This New Poll Should Terrify the GOP Establishment

According to a new poll, nearly half of Republicans say they will leave the Republican Party to join a third-party created and led by former President Donald Trump. That doesn't bode well for the Republican establishment.

The new poll by Suffolk University-USA Today found a whopping 46 percent of Republicans are willing to leave the GOP in order to a join new party created by Donald Trump. Just 27 percent of Republicans said they would stick with the GOP, and the rest are undecided.

"We feel like Republicans don't fight enough for us, and we all see Donald Trump fighting for us as hard as he can, every single day," said Brandon Keidl, a 27-year-old Republican and small-business owner from Milwaukee. "But then you have establishment Republicans who just agree with establishment Democrats and everything, and they don't ever push back."

No wonder establishment Republicans jumped at the opportunity to disqualify the former president from running for office again. Nearly half of GOP voters are willing to abandon ship to join a new Trump party.

And Republican voters aren't looking the other way when it comes to GOP lawmakers who supported the failed second impeachment against Trump. Eight in 10 Republicans said they are less likely to vote for a Republican politician who supported impeachment. Ten House GOP members aligned themselves with Democrats to impeach Trump, and seven GOP senators did the same in the Senate. Many of the defecting Republicans are now facing censures and primary challenges back at home.

The poll also found that a large majority of Republicans aren't overlooking voting irregularities in November's election either. Some 73 percent of Republicans said Biden wasn't legitimately elected president, and most Republicans don't want to see their elected representatives cooperating with a president they consider illegitimate.

A third party sure sounds like a losing strategy, but so does the Republican establishment. The polls seem to show that a large majority of Republicans simply want someone like Trump to fight for them every day. People are tired of Republicans who seem to only have a spine when it comes to denouncing their fellow Republicans.

I would say that 46% is a low number. They didn’t poll my house.

Even more shocking is that these limp-wristed RINOs didn’t see this coming.

Denizens of The Beltway really do live in a bizarre bubble.

The Chinese have bought immense influence in most of our major universities and are the source for much of the woke on those campuses and much pro Communist and pro Chinese propaganda as “education.”

John Kasich’s haircut is enough to make me leave the Republican Party.

The GOP won’t learn. Hard to teach old dogs new tricks.

I would go to Trump’s 3rd party.

Why panic? A month ago it was closer to 3/4.

The nation is long overdue for a party fracture and realignment.

>>We feel like Republicans don’t fight enough for us, and we all see Donald Trump fighting for us as hard as he can, every single day,<<

And in the absence of Trump, they are reverting to form. I think they have legally challenged only one of diktator bidet’s edicts when EVERY SINGLE ONE should be challenged.

God, they do not have to do much. Just run with the dnc playbook from the last 3 years, and substitute “senile” for “orange.”

Nor mine. Nor independents. Nor ex-Dems.

I for one am willing to vote third party in support of President Donald Trump. Does this mean I am of the number willing to leave the GOP to support Donald Trump? Not at all, since I left the GOP long ago.

Now that the GOP has illustrated the depth they are willing to go to betray the conservative base, its highly unlikely they will ever overpower the number of conservatives who have abandoned the establishment wing.

Your move mitch!!!

The GOP has had an agenda for thirty years that has been the opposite of MAGA, it is to turn the USA into North Mexico.

They fought President Trump at every turn as he tried to secure the border and restore the rule of law.

They assisted the Democrats in cheating him out of office to keep him from taking over the GOP and saving our country.

The entire purpose of the GOP since 1989 was blocking conservatives from stopping the importation of that permanent Democrat majority that would vote to subsume the USA to the UN and strip US of our sovereignty.

Assistant Democrats is all they are and will ever be.

EVERY Bush League Republican MUST be replaced if there is any hope of the GOP becoming a MAGA party.

If we keep re-electing Bush League Republicans they will keep running the party as Assistant Democrats.

Murkowsky, Thune, Hoeven, Blunt, Grassley, Lankford, Lee, Scott and Rubio are all Bush League Republicans and should have primary challengers.

If we are serious about taking over the GOP, every one of these must be replaced in 2022.

The number that should really terrify the GOPe is 27 because here you have a 27 year-old who knows what they're about and wants nothing to do with them. They're done.

Trumps willingness to fight for us was the main reason I was glad to vote for him ..I was tired of getting beat up and the GOP doing nothing.

then to see the establishment not even defend their President who worked tirelessly... mcconnell has hit my hot button too many times..
whether they like it or not..Trump is leading the party.. and we are enough to go where he goes.
