Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has seen enough â after the Electoral College met across the country, the top Senator congratulated Joe Biden as President-elect.
President Trump has not conceded the election, and insists he will still prevail.
âI want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden,â McConnell said on the Senate floor on Tuesday.

No, Pence only counts the votes that are delivered to him from the National Archive, which were sent there by the certified electors. Any objection has to come in writing and be signed by a congressman and a senator. Then the chambers go off and debate the objection for two hours. Only if they both agree that the objection is valid are the votes tossed out. If they disagree, then the votes that are certified by the state are counted.

Don’t know why anyone would be surprised by this. This is how McConnell has acted the entire time he has been Majority Leader. The only real thing he has done is get judges through. Other than that, he has been spineless and never kept Repub senators in line. Calling his “leader” is a joke.

I’ll call Ron Johnson, R, WI. It won’t be my first call to him and it won’t be my last, but all in all, he’s one of The Good Guys, and he likes President Trump.
