Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has seen enough â after the Electoral College met across the country, the top Senator congratulated Joe Biden as President-elect.
President Trump has not conceded the election, and insists he will still prevail.
âI want to congratulate President-elect Joe Biden,â McConnell said on the Senate floor on Tuesday.

Thune is up in 22’. Same withMoran, Murkowski, Braun, Marco. Should we take the chance?
He has been begging for money
The renegades and treasonous thieves are nervous.
Some nasty crap is going to go down if they shove this monstrosity down our throats.
That piece of shit is selling us all out. Yet we are supposed to believe he will save the country if we elect a couple of Rino’s from Georgia?
He’ll be getting reached instead of having to to the reaching-across. Or Around.
Not being facetious. When you’re the minority the other side will do things to get your support.
China Mitch is a natural born minority leader. He’s only majority leader because he is a weak leader who gives the Senate mavericks as much room to roam as they wish.
“Biden and family are felons Mitch.”

Mitch doesn’t care, he is simply working with the Dems to throw the Presidency to Harris,.....(AND, the Senate)
Why else would McConnell drag his feet on the stimulous bill? He obviously knows his inaction gives the Dems major talking points with their voters in Georgia?
Mitch is throwing the control of the Executive & Legislative Branches of the United States Government to the Democratic Party
Compromised, corrupt, sell out traitor.
Exactly. He wants to get back to Swamp biz as usual. Kabuki Theatre—pretend to do something, say we tried but were outnumbered.
I agree. If you have a Republican Senator, I urge you to contact him. This is what I sent my GOP Senators:
“I have received several messages from the Republican party requesting financial support and encouraging me to vote. I have complied in each case. It is now time for Republican politicians to help themselves. I urge you to object to the Electoral college vote.
Benjamin Franklin said that we must all hang together, or we will each hang separately. This is the time to stop voter fraud by Democrats. This is the ONLY chance you will get. Democratic voter fraud will see to that. In addition, Republican voters, such as myself, will not contribute and may not vote. I will certainly abstain from voting for any incumbent Republican who failed to act, when they had the chance.”
It’s like we are living in an alternate universe where crime is the norm and if you are normal STFU.
I read the article where it said: “McConnell and other establishment Republican leaders reportedly “pleaded” with their colleagues not to object to any Biden electors.
The Senate Majority Leader said that the result of a vote challenge would be “terrible” for the GOP, as they would “have to vote it down,” which would make them appear to oppose the President.”
This tells me they already have plans to vote it down. But, isn’t that wrong? Doesn’t the final authority rest with Pence alone? Not the entire Senate voting?
Solzhenitsyn could make that famous quote, but I don’t believe it was their fault as he did. Knowing “when” to fight is not always given to us. The fault lies in wicked rulers such as they dealt with.
Which means that unless you're bored and in the mood to bleat, it's best to wait 24 hours to find out what the story really is.
I will not donate another penny to ANY republican until they stand up for President Trump.
Not another penny !!
Of course he knows, they all know and drink from the same trough. Why do you think there is no attempt to reign in all those phony charities?
He should just shut the hell up until after the Georgia results. Following that, win or lose, it’s all out political war.
If Trump is not President for 4 more years, there will be no Republican Party
Welcome to the Third Special Administrative District of the People’s Republic of China
I don't believe that 51 Rs in the senate will be enough to stop anything.
Too many of these people will go along with the Dem agenda, just as they have done in the past.
Mitch will cave as always. I'm not sure what his actual beliefs are, but it seems to me that if he doesn't have the votes to oppose he just quietly gives up. He never actually says that he doesn't have the votes, and from the outside it seems that he is not doing much. He certainly doesn't have the control of Pelosi.
How does this make y’all Mitch lovers feel now? Still think he’s on your side?
They can control Biden because he is compromised.
