SANTA ANA PUEBLO, N.M. The Republican Party's governing body is set to offer its "undivided support" for Donald Trump and his "effective presidency," lending its backing to the president and his re-election campaign.
The Republican National Committee's resolutions committee unanimously approved the measure Wednesday at a winter meeting in New Mexico, clearing the way for its passage before the full membership Friday.
The expression of support comes as Trump's re-election campaign is taking steps to scare off any potential primary challenger in 2020.

Setting the “bump stock” infringement aside, Trump has had a very effective presidency so far, rolling back the Federal government in a manner and scale that has not been seen since Reagan or before.

It’s about time. Not that I trust them to really support him. But at least they are talking the talk.

He should have had their undivided support 3 years ago.

To those who cringe at Trump, you'll miss him when he's gone. Use his presidency as a respite from the evil that's coming down the pike.
Prepare, prepare, prepare.

Well, there’s a bit of good news for a change.

Santa Ana Casino is about the only place they could have met on that tiny Pueblo. They must have been drinking.

Republican support...
Why does Shakespeare's play, Julius Caesar, spring to mind?

If they had backed him from the Convention, they could have OWNED DC for the next 20 years.
It was the GOPelites and their plants like weasly Sessions who have done the most damage to the overall Republican brand.
The Republican Party might restore itself, but that would involve muzzling the likes of Romney and the other never-Trumpers.

The Republican Party is a fraud and a cover for the globalist corporatists that run the USA.

Trump should steal a line from Lincoln and tell the RNC, “If your not going to use the party can I borrow it?”

Not with Mittens, they won’t.

If they had backed him from the Convention, they could have OWNED DC for the next 20 years. That's true. The wall would have been funded because the GOP controlled both houses.
Instead Trump has had to fight for everything he's accomplished. He has accomplished a lot, but man if the GOP had cooperated....

Encouraging news if even a little bit true. The Presidency of Donald J. Trump has suffered more grievous insult form “fellow” Republicans than ever the liberal Democratz could heap upon him. Democrats are supposed to “oppose” Trump, but his own side?
Oh perfidy, thy name is “RINO”.

Its purely for financial purposes they would do this. I trashed my RNC renewal solicitation because they havent been supporting President Trump.
