I think the pollsters were monkeying around with the parameters.

The Tampa Bay Times ran a an article all but praising a Gillum campaign ad. Some readers wondered whether they were going to give DeSantis equal time.
To: Qatar-6
I have told the Desantis folks that exact same statement.
I have not gotten a good response .

Me too. All you can do is vote and make sure your conservative friends vote.

Looks to me that they did not oversample Dems. However they may have oversampled other. 34% of the respondents said their affiliation was other.

The Tampa Bay Times, formerly the St Pete Times, has been trying for over 20 years to get me to subscribe. Each time I tell them that they can't even pay me to subscribe to their trash.
Unfortunately, the Tampa Tribune died while being absorbed by the St. Pete Times (which later was renamed the Tampa Bay Times), and since then, my only source for news is the internet and FOX news and I also count on FR to lead me to the stories that matter.
The Tampa Bay Times is another piece of trash that will eventually die from lack of interest of subscribers and readers.

Yes I picked up on that odd fact also.
Its another Push Poll trick .
Pulse pollsters shifted the results using this category. DeSantis needs to get his name out there .

Don’t trust these polls.
Strong feeling they cheated on the gillum win, somehow it didn’t make sense.nfaked Miami, Tampa area. Gillum won a county near me that is total redneck! No way he got that. Hmm, we’re gonna monitor this one closely.

DeSantis needs to get it in higher gear and get Trump to hold a mammoth rally before election day.
....................................................DeSantis needs to apologize to Trump about the Hurricane deaths lie and so does Governor Scott.

Was this poll taken before or after Desantis dissed Trump and sided with the Puerto Rican? Trump strongly endorsed him, and he turned on Trump. Many voters didn’t take kindly to that betrayal.

I've actually seen a couple of TV ads telling us exactly that, a socialist who would destroy the gains in Florida that occurred under Scott and Trump.
But, there is still time before the debates and after the debates, and before the election. Don't wanna spend all your money ahead of time and then be left with only Gillum ads on TV and radio and in the newspapers.

“national telephone and online survey”
This phrase jumped out at me. I’ve never done an “online” survey so I’d be curious to see what the breakdown of respondents are.

“When you dont defend Trump when hes RIGHT, then you will disappoint Trump voters.”
Exactly right. If DeSantis can be swayed by something as relatively minor as this, voters assume he could be easily swayed by other light winds that blow. Not trustworthy. You don’t tug on
Superman’s cape, and you don’t betray
Trump.
To: TexasGator
“So that is why trump held a rally for him ...”
I think Trump’s rally was long before
DeSantis’ betrayal.
