It is not so much that Kristol has his head up his posterior, but how can someone be so utterly stupid? Even if you did not think Trump has been a great president so far, anyone with half the brain God gave a soap dish would know that intra-party fights for the second-term nomination will just cause both to lose. Hellooooo, remember Carter vs Kennedy? How can someone who makes his living claiming to be an expert on politics be so obscenely obtuse? This poor guy has gone so far around the bend that he’s reached the 3 girls bathing in the water tower.

Never Trumpers have a problem. Second to Trump, the strongest candidates are Trump supporters. In order

2. Haley
3. Pence
4. Newt
5. Pompeo
You can argue with the list. But Flake, Kasich, None of them could beat any of the above 5 if the election were today.
