I don’t consider Club for Growth to be a conservative. As a group, it reflexively supports the interests of wealthy investors (who fund the group) to the prejudice of people who work for a living.

Trump = crybaby.

He has no case against The Club for Growth and he knows it.

Now he is rage tweeting about Bill O’Reilly. Seems like he is surrounded by “yes men” and flies into a rage anytime someone questions him. Poor temperament to say the least.

Garten said he was only willing to offer the Club for Growth a "one-time opportunity to rectify this matter" and avoid "what will certainly be a costly litigation process."

"In the event, however, that we do not receive these assurances, please be advised that we will commence a multi-million dollar lawsuit against you personally and your organization for your false and defamatory statements," he concluded. "Please be guided accordingly."

Finally, we have a fighter.

The Club for Cheap Labor isn’t really a conservative group. It is a business group. People are starting to figure out that the two are not necessarily aligned.

LOL…so the CFG may have to watch those millions of dollars worth of ads in Karl Rove’s basement instead of airing them on television and the net. It must be great to have billions of dollars and a stable of lawyers when you run for the nomination.

Just got off the phone with a very nice guy from India to discuss particulars of my Amazon Card account.

These are the kind of jobs that AMERICAN college kids, stay at home moms, and the welfare cases could be doing.

Don’t get me wrong, the Indians and Filipinos I deal with when calling ATT and American Express are for the most part top notch.

What the CEO’s and MBA’s running these companies are in effect saying is that we don’t want to deal with American workers and even if we save 10 cents after all is said and done it makes the stock price go up.

This insanity must stop immediately.

Oh. I guess we now love it when somebody uses his bucks to attempt to suppress the truth or even legitimate political expression.

Way to go, guys.

The Club for Growth touts capitalism and free markets while pushing crony capitalism and outsourcing America, while supporting open borders and insourcing of cheap labor and more destructive trade deals. My view has become one where they now represent more of what has gone wrong with America, than what was once right and made us great.

The word ‘Conservative’ has been hijacked by monied interest, it means nothing.

“Donald Trump just issued a ‘scathing’ multimillion-dollar legal threat to a conservative group”

The article only mentions the “Club for Growth” which seems to have a problem with Trump being against Open Borders and therefore is no more conservative than Rubio.

So, does anyone know which “conservative group” the headline might be referring to? The article doesn’t appear to mention any.

here is the background behind the club for growth attacks - trump met with gfg, they asked for $1 mil "donation", trump refused.

it's all a shake down by club for growth.

I am firmly in the social conservative group. Fiscal “conservatives” have and do screw us anytime it benefits them.
