The release titled "Donald J. Trump Sends Club for Growth Scathing Cease and Desist Letter Regarding Recent 'Attack Ads'" repeatedly bashed the Club for Growth, with whom Trump has constantly feuded during his campaign.
"I am not surprised the dishonest, irrelevant and totally failing Club for Growth has resorted to attacking the definitive front-runner, especially after I refused to contribute to their pathetic group," Trump said in a statement.
In the cease-and-desist letter to Club for Growth President David McIntosh, Trump lawyer Alan Garten similarly tore into the "pitiful little group" while promising a devastating lawsuit should the group not immediately pull its attack ads against Trump.

I don’t consider Club for Growth to be a conservative. As a group, it reflexively supports the interests of wealthy investors (who fund the group) to the prejudice of people who work for a living.
Club for Chinese Growth
Trump = crybaby.
He has no case against The Club for Growth and he knows it.
Now he is rage tweeting about Bill O’Reilly. Seems like he is surrounded by “yes men” and flies into a rage anytime someone questions him. Poor temperament to say the least.
"In the event, however, that we do not receive these assurances, please be advised that we will commence a multi-million dollar lawsuit against you personally and your organization for your false and defamatory statements," he concluded. "Please be guided accordingly."
Finally, we have a fighter.
he isn’t being questioned, he’s being systematically chopped down. I have no problem with him fighting back. If more people on our side were willing to fight like that, we wouldn’t have a lot of the problems that we have today.
Club For Growth....Grover Norquist....no thanks.
yassuh mistuh donald suh
Exactly.
The Club for Growth is supports bringing in foreign workers as a large part of that growth strategy.
Take them down, Trump.
“Trump = crybaby. He has no case against The Club for Growth and he knows it.”
Extortion isn’t a case??
Yeah, he should man up like Walker, his exit was especially classy. Maybe like Paul, no, Graham, no, Jindal, no, Bush? Oh hell no! Yup I guess Trump is a alone. Funny how Trump not letting people push him around is being a crybaby or rude or whatever. Why is it that republicans nowadays always seem to their own. let me save you the Trumps not a Republican rejoinder. And no I not a trump guy, I prefer Cruz.
The Hair Club For Men?
Anyone leading in the polls get extra scrutiny, that is going to be amplified by the fact he has no political experience and has flip flopped on so many issues.
Trump cries and whines when anyone challenges him. It’s like he isn’t used to anyone questioning him or critically analyzing his statements both past and present.
Winning over Rush, Greta and Hannity isn’t going to be near enough to win the nomination, let along a national general election. The man has simply been surrounded by “yes men” for so long he isn’t used to anyone calling him out on what he says, does, proposes, etc.
Club for RINO Growth...
Geeze, we all take Obama to task for having thin skin. Trump has even thinner skin than the idiot inhabiting the White House now.
The Club for Cheap Labor isn’t really a conservative group. It is a business group. People are starting to figure out that the two are not necessarily aligned.
No he’s countered a million dollars worth of ads with just a letter and a tweet.
Awfully well done.
LOL so the CFG may have to watch those millions of dollars worth of ads in Karl Rove’s basement instead of airing them on television and the net. It must be great to have billions of dollars and a stable of lawyers when you run for the nomination.
Certainly not the kind of man I want picking an attorney general.
