It is understandable that those of us who voted against Barack Obama, the Community Disorganizer, should be upset over his triumph. Like Joe Biden reading an Umberto Eco novel, we cannot help but feel rather listless and disoriented these days. Feelings of vulnerability can very easily transmogrify into anger, so one must never lose ones sense of humor; apropos, I draw your attention to the New York Times of November 10, in which Maureen Dowd reflects on Mitt Romneys loss:
Team Romney has every reason to be shellshocked. Its candidate, after all, resoundingly won the election of the country he was wooing.
Mitt Romney is the president of white male America.
Maybe the group can retreat to a man cave in a Whiter House, with mahogany paneling, brown leather Chesterfields, a moose head over the fireplace, an elevator for the presidential limo, and one of those mens club signs on the phone that reads: Telephone Tips: Just Left, 25 cents; On His Way, 50 cents; Not here, $1; Who? $5.
In its delusional death spiral, the white male patriarchy was so hard core, so redolent of country clubs and Cadillacs, it made little effort not to alienate women. The election had the largest gender gap in the history of the Gallup poll, with Obama winning the vote of single women by 36 percentage points.
Forgive the lengthy quote; writing like that is harder to swallow than grape Dimetapp. Note, for instance, the cliches attempting to pass for edgy turns of phrase: white guys in mahogany rooms with moose heads over the fireplaces. (Arent Bentleys more suitable to these images than Cadillacs?) Dowd really knows how to squat over the page and deliver nuggets of wisdom...

And evil women like her vote Democrat.
I fear you are right. I strongly urge everyone I know to aggressively excercise their 2nd Ammendment rights as our lives may depend on it in the not so distant future.
This all goes back to the failure in the Romney/ US senate campaign. I’ll never understand what goes on in the heads of some of these so called GOP-E “campaign geniuses”....Dowd is gloating because the Romney campaign was responding to the Demo-com agenda not establishing its own...What’s worse the GOP is still doing it. Bread and butter issues . Cost of living and its causes particularly if created by policy affects the nation, college kids, women, illegals, blacks, seniors et-cetera et-cetera et-cetera. Why are they buying into this Balkan construct ?
Expecting voters to know whats going on and their reliance on MSM is just part of why our great loss. While there are examples of fraud which may close up the gap, the gap is too big to blame the loss on fraud ...Expecting GOP Es to address media bias or Romney to call Obama a congenital liar or even point out that the fact and figures released by the white house were allways questionable is another Let alone call him a “socialist”.. But the fault lies really in the messaging the Republican campaign came up.choking on political correctness parameters or triping over past positions on global warming and Romneycare both of which were bread and butter issues. .Then busy responding to pseudo positions devised by the demo-com party and echoed by their hand maiden camp followers in the media allowing them to set the agenda ..
Romney ran a Johnny One Note Campaign. Used a poison dart blow gun when he should have used a cannon loaded with grape shot because he had pleanty of stuff he could fill that cannon barrel with..
They failed to hammer away on what will happen when Obama gets returned; The Obama past due 2013/14 Tax Increases.
The impact of Obamas gagging energy resources (a socialist construct never branded as such) with policies requiring reliance on intermittent green resources wind and solar and that resulted in massive corruption..never brought up .,Restricted use of drilling, and coal ,bans and on fracking, and resulting prices doubling on everything.. This was a bread and butter issue which reached into every demographics pocketbook including accepting the demo-com definition of hyphenated African-Hispanic -Americans .
Also
The impact of Supreme Court Appointments.. 18,000 new IRS agents and on and on. . Some were very briefly touched most werent and Benghazi/ foreign policy was left to languish. Then there is Obamas personal extravagance and behavior refusing to visit Nashville after its disaster showing up at New Orleans after Mitt visited it. Even after the Christi thing if that was brought up it would have blunted the impact.
Instead we got a sales pitch on executive ability but not the reason why one should toss the old model and buy his. That print and tv pitch , 20 million new jobs, was given a discrarded dose of skepticism .
In addition Rove who I understand was handling the Charter PAC senate campaign played games. His material never warned voters that IF OBAMA GETS RE-ELECTED AND SENATE CONTROL REMAINED . .. OBAMACARE AND ALL THE TAX INCREASES THAT GO WITH IT WILL NEVER GET REPEALED Let alone tie into or cover the formentioned grape shot which would have perhaps changed that body. I don’t recall any of that material directed toward that fact.
Finally they didnt believe the polls which turned out were dead on. Even going as far as setting up focus groups which could have looked into whats going on . Even to the point of going out to local eateries and bars and eavesdrop into conversations and pick up on topics being discussed.(chat rooms twitter too contrived) They would have learned their turnout projections were off and the sence of urgency to get out the vote was diminished by their glowing projections and disbelief never mind ORCA which should have been tested. COMPLACENCY WAS ENCOURAGED BY THE MEDIA AND NOT COUNTER ACTED UPON
Our local small population (-8000) rural blue county GOP had at the outset good and growing attendence at their meetings 50 plus. At the meeting the Thursday before the election only about a dozen people showed up and I knew we were in trouble .
Nuts...This loss is inexcuseable, while I truly don’t believe Mitt Romney would ever continence losing, I’m begining to believe that most GOPE’s really didn’t want to see AHCA, (affordable health care act) otherwise known as ZerO care go ..
Dowd reveals what the left really thinks about White males with a European ancestry. The left hates them and wants to eliminate them.
Dowd is an angry female of the canine species, and hates men.
Does that make Ubama president of half-black gay America?
its seriously time for the white underclass to start their own Caucasian Caucus and start calling out the bigoted media and Obama acolytes, for creating hate against white people... and, AND to hang in effigy white enablers like Chris Matthews, MD, and so many others... that’s righty, I’m Whitey and I’m proud suckers!
They already had noticed before the election, and there was a lot of grumbling about it, but they voted Dem anyway.
The big upset will come when they can no longer deny that it is impossible to give everybody what they want.

White women voted republican also just like they always do, the left is leaving that out, which amounts to them lying to create a perception even more racist and sexists against men who are white.
