You're most welcome.

If Grayout Davis isn't beaten like a drum, all hope should be abandoned.
To: thegreatbeast
Grayout is on his Wayout.
What's the point of all this animadverting about Davis in the semi-responsible media? It's not going to change anything. Simon, like all Republicans, is going to wimp out on any shreds of principle that he's ever pretended to have, and Davis's $30 million campaign fund is going to win.
And, no, I don't like it one bit. Yet what's the use in wasting good blood pressure by resisting the inevitable?

Well.... letting the Rats run this state into the ground might end California as a Democratic fiefdom. In other words, let them destroy themselves. That is truly facing the inevitable.
To: JohnHuang2
Never underestimate the stupidity of the Calif. Voters. Though Davis should be put in prison for malfeasance and corruption, he will probably be reelected in this bastion of liberalism. Sort of like the stupid voters of N.Y. voting in office the hildabeast.
To: Joe Boucher
"he will probably be reelected in this bastion of liberalism." Then we should take a giant skill saw and seperate it from the rest of us.
To: Voter#537
SKIL® (one L) doesn't make a saw that big. Besides, some of us aren't statists out here, such as in Downey ~raises hand~ and Fresno.

taxaholic bump - also does anyone know if Gov. Davis has released his mental medical health records? I no longer wonder if he is deranged or that he has "lost it" it appears to be evident. I think the question for the Big Lie Industry would be: Did Governor Davis suffer his mental breakdown BEFORE he took office or was his collapse due to the pressures of 911 readiness and the energy crisis? Also when did the California legislature first learn of Governor Davis' breakdown? And what is the procedure for removing an impaired Governor? Thank you I'll take your response off the air...

Yet what's the use in wasting good blood pressure by resisting the inevitable? The real question is why you'd bother to type this anti-Simon predictive rhetoric if you truly didn't care.
If the race is already over, why has Simon led four of five polls? :-) Why does the Political Oddsmaker list this "sure thing" Davis as only having a 51.7% chance at re-election?

...a projected budget deficit of $23.6 billion. As long as it was all for the children he'll be OK, no sweat.

California voters should be told that federal taxpayers will not bail out their state government. The Kali/D.C. Democrats are fascists, aka criminally corrupt socialists. Maybe 30%+ of their state's budget in deficit will wake a majority, but I doubt it. Taxpayers have been proven complicit fools for 70 years.
