PLEASE Urgent Prayers needed for child in car accident

I have never posted an article. I have only replied. Please forgive me if this is not in the right place.

I am requesting URGENT prayers for my 12 yo niece and 4 of her friends. They were in a head on collision this afternoon coming back from a function. Apparently she, my niece, has severe internal injuries, including severe head trauma. Also, she was burnt as both vehicles apparently caught on fire at impact. She has been transported to a hospital in Greenville, NC. The other little girls were taken to UNC Chapel Hill.

From what we have heard so far it will take a miracle for her to survive. I do not know the conditions of the other 4 girls. Please pray for them as well.

Two die in head-on crash

From Staff Reports, Rocky Mount Telegram

NASHVILLE – Two people were killed and two more hospitalized Saturday following a head-on collision that occurred around 3 p.m. on U.S. 64 east of Nashville.

A Chevrolet sedan was traveling east in the westbound lane of U.S. 64 when it collided head-on with a sport utility vehicle traveling west, said N.C. Highway Patrol Trooper J.E. Brewer.

The two occupants of the Chevrolet were killed, and the occupants of the SUV were taken to Nash General Hospital.

The names of the victims were not released by press time.

All westbound traffic was guided off the highway onto the Red Oak exit. Traffic was stopped for at least two hours during the detour, while rescue workers and emergency personnel worked to clear the scene and state troopers interviewed witnesses.

At least one subsequent accident occurred as a result of the traffic back-up, which stretched for several miles east from the scene of the fiery wreck.
