Just a poor, confused black women who made the bad choice of having sex with her boyfriend while out in her garage a man whom she ran over while doped up bled slowly to death. Can't we all just get along? Lets just move on people, nothing to see here.

Education is the key to better ralations, but you seem to be stuck on the idea that there is no such thing as Black Racists, and this is where you are dead wrong. I know for a fact that white people are chosen for attacks because they are white.
No race should be steriotyped, this is wrong, but if you have never lived (survived) in the neighborhoods of uneducated black teens and young adults, "I mean among them", not in the suburbs and just visit, you know diddly (no pun intended) about the black racist mind.
If this is not shown for what it is and dealt with, it will never stop. If a black attacker of only whites is not shown for the racist he is, he will "walk" because of sympathy for his race, and this is where our sympathy "ends".
For every one success you have, there will be ten undone by the Al Sharpton's of this world, if they (black leaders) are not dealt with, this cycle of hate will never stop. The children listen to these two-bit shysters and follow their lead. (These are the words of our grandsons father, a young black graduate, "masters" student.)

The people that killed James Byrd deserve their punishment for a horrible murder. The fact that the killers may have been racist made Mr. Byrd no deader than if someone else had killed him.
This woman deserves to be tried for the terrible crime that she committed. She has a severe punishment coming to her. The fact that the victim was White does not make her crime a worse one in my book.
I am not going to join in the Jesse Jackson game of playing "Your Race is Worse than My Race." I resent the politicians and others who pander to Jackson and his fellow race-baiters by favoring "Hate Crime" legislation.
This horrible crime committed by this woman and her friends should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and justice served, but if she recieves special treatment because of her race, there will be no justice. If she is surrounded by the black communities that want to make a victim out of her, there will be no justice for Mr. Biggs murder.
But you are more than intitled to your opinion. I do agree that the word "Hate Crime" should be eliminated from the law books, all crimes are crimes of hate, don't think there was "love" in any of them.
Is a person who kills because of race committing a worse crime than someone who shotguns a 25 year old mother of two small kids at a convenience robbery because he wants $40 bucks to buy drugs?

Other say, "all men are not created equal either physically, mentally, or emotionally.....but that all must have equal opportunity in this life in every sense of the word.
Still others say that that the races, on balance, are not equal and will never be equal in either mental or physical terms because generational enviornmment has a certain impact on shaping racial capability.
Unfortunately, our justice system must try to balance all this so that this woman will be tried fairly and that the image of justice (holding the balance)will not be allowed to peek and thus treat her with the same insane anti-American inequities as affirmative action preferencing.
I was told this by a very learned black fellow, once.
