According to some published reports, she arrived home, had sex with her boyfriend, brought the boyfriend to the garage and both noticed Biggs was still alive, returned to the house for more sex.

Seems very intentional to me. Not only did she know, but also the boyfriend knew....and still allowed Biggs to bleed and die.

They won't. I read that thread too. They figured she had to be a Republican because she was from Texas and they said a lot of things about religion as well. Will they come back now and take back those comments? No. They like to hide the upleasant things away- like their discussions on the Israeli/Pali conflict, which is relegated to one of the back corners of the place because of the viciousness of the anti Israeli crowd there.

I've been outraged about this case all afternoon.

And I got to thinking: Why do we believe her story that she accidentally ran into this guy? If it was a white person charged with doing this to a black, would the media believe it was an accident?

A curious point-from a radio guy in Oklahoma City ( former attorney who claims in a calm manner that he actually READ the transcript from the trial & James Bird or Byrd was a graduate of the Texas Criminal Justice System & the hideous murder had roots back in "The Big House'!?!?!?

On another thread, it came out that Bird & his killer had the same parole officer. His killer (I forget his name) had been raped in prison by a black gang. I recall my speculation on the thread that Bird was hanging out with the other two, and just said the exact wrong thing that set off the white guy.

I expect it to have legs simply because it is such a scandal that folks would act like that . I think folks are sick of the victimhood mentality , plain and simple . Allowed and intended are two separate concepts. In this case, the jury will have to agree with you that those two concepts became one and the same.

I think they did. I don't think they reasonably expected the victim to get better and leave. On the other hand, it would have been more merciful to finish him off with a hammer, although the intent to murder would have been more obvious.

That's why I say it's not a slam dunk.

I can't rest, I can't sleep, I keep seeing this helpless man bleeding, slowly dying, alone, begging for help and that trash walking away. That is something that I will never "get over" as some folks like to quote today.

I caught Jim Quinn's war-room show today, he's shocked that this story is just now being spread because it happened back in Oct, I'm shocked I never heard it till now. Jim want's to know where the White outrage is too, this is a Hate Crime.

There has got to be laws passed for anyone, even whites that can get justice for a Hate Crime, this cannot, nor should it be tollerated, because people, your children could be next, how much justice do you expect for them if they are victims of Hate Crime, how much outrage do you think you will get?

It will not stop here, there will be more white's murdered for the crime of being born white. No one want's a race-war, we just want "equal justice" for all American's, fair is fair.

THIS IS NOT A HATE CRIME. Not by definition. Unless she intentionally tried to run over him because of his race, it technically isn't a hate crime. Sorry.

But I do concur with the outrage expressed at the double-standard of the media, legal system, Democrat politicians, and race-profiteers. Clearly if the colors were reversed the national media would have covered it completely different, and would be trying to spin it in some way to blame Bush. But screaming that this is a hate crime will only hurt our argument and our influence, as that claim can easily and quickly be discredited.

BTW, I heard on the news that she is again under arrest, bail at $250,000(which means it will take about $25,000 to get her out), and if she does make bail will be under house arrest, as she is now considered a flight risk.
