According to some published reports, she arrived home, had sex with her boyfriend, brought the boyfriend to the garage and both noticed Biggs was still alive, returned to the house for more sex.
Seems very intentional to me. Not only did she know, but also the boyfriend knew....and still allowed Biggs to bleed and die.

Allowed and intended are two separate concepts. In this case, the jury will have to agree with you that those two concepts became one and the same.
I think they did. I don't think they reasonably expected the victim to get better and leave. On the other hand, it would have been more merciful to finish him off with a hammer, although the intent to murder would have been more obvious.
That's why I say it's not a slam dunk.
