"First, I did not bring up Bush and alcohol, I said he never answered the questions about drug use to point out your hypocrisy"...which has absolutely nothing to do with the murder of a little girl in California.

I work in the stockmarket and wear tailored suits to work everyday ... sometimes I wear chokers since they show well with a higher neckline. There may be a semantic problem here. When I say "choker," I'm not talking about a pearl necklace [shown here gracing the throat of Hillary's Lovely Legs]:
What I'm talking about might be described, more accurately, as a collar [as in studded leather]. Fashion advice: Don't wear collars.
PS: Don't wear ankle bracelets either, and lose the tattoos.
To: Danielle
You have not shown cause that they do. I'm sorry you do not think the following is of any importance is requiring them to speak about the "personal life" in the face of their abducted, later found to be murdered daughter:
Why should they NOT answer those questions when their sex life may have INDEED contributed to the abduction of their daughter? If they were involved in sex trysts with many people, they have EXPOSED their daughter to these people.
If this argument cannot persuade you to believe that their "personal life" should no longer remain "personal," then you're not looking at the facts that any police investigation must involve, i.e., your personal life is no longer immune from the scrutiny required into ALL the possibilities concerning who might have had access to your children, who might have had access to knowledge about your comings and goings, thereby making your family members more vulnerable to your "personal" activities.

Yeah, I was going to mention this too. All the dog bites we used to get in the ER were from pit bulls and rottweillers. Those two breeds just make me nervous. They seem unpredictable. How about a nice golden retriever? :)
To: cake_crumb
No, but it had to do with his reasoning.

How did the police know to go to Westerfield? How did he become the focus of the investigation?
Because SOMEONE told the SDPD to look close at him, IMHO!!
To: SlickWillard
Hey Slick, I always wear a gold anklet. It's delicate and tasteful. Is it okay........lol?
To: maxwell
Did you watch America's Most Wanted last night? No mention whatsoever of allegations about the family's lifestyle and whatnot...
Walsh is running interference, one might presume.....
To: nicmarlo
You have still shown no cause as to why they need to discuss their sex life with the public. If the police know about it, that is all that matters.
To: Southflanknorthpawsis
"It's not as if it has never happened. I admit that it may be far-fetched, but not impossible"I agree, 100 percent
To: SlickWillard
What I'm talking about might be described, more accurately, as a collar [as in studded leather]. Fashion advice: Don't wear collars. Jeez ... it keeps getting worse. Danielle was NOT wearing a LEATHER STUDDED COLLAR. It was plastic film! And you haven't answered about the big plastic Mickey Mouse earrings she was wearing .... HOT, huh?
To: hoosiermama
We know something is not right in the VD home. It MUST be investigated!
Agreed Hoosiermama.....BTTT!!

I think that's a weird statement about the neighborhood...they have swingers who may have hundreds of people coming by the house at night; a father who's having an affair, allegedly, with a woman down the street; a mother who, allegedly, has been having sex with the accused murderer; but fixing a car is something unusual. hmmmm. Stepfordsville, here we come.
Listen to the John and Ken interview, available over the net:
Carmen Genovese |
02/26/02 |
15:43 |
Carmen has known David Westerfield, the accused kidnapper and killer of Danielle van Dam, for over 20 years. He claims that rather than being a brutal psychopathic murderous pedophile, Davids actually a sweet puppy dog (ACCUSED of being a brutal psychopathic murderous pedophile). |
Genovese says that Sabre Springs is a "SWINGER" haven, and that the neighborhood is "wild".....amazing interview...

Please ask your son-in-law if he's heard anything from the coroner's office. I have not heard any reports eliminating certain causes of death, which causes me to wonder if they omitting certain key tests. I think they have eliminated broken neck and hatchet to the skull from an overall inspection, even given the decomposed state of the body.
From what I've heard they have spotted his DNA (hair?) in her bedroom, but not her blood. If he attacked her in her room, there would be evidence of her blood in her room. But they found her blood in the motorhome, leading one to think that the attack took place after she was abducted. Did she remain unconscience after Westerfield removed her from the van Dam house? How could a child remain unconscience so long?
Did he use a chloroform cloth to render her unconsscious while still in a state of sleep? Would the odor of chloroform remain in the room? WEseterfield would have had to pocket the chloroform soaked rag while carrying out the child.
Is it possible to overdose using chloroform? Would all traces of chloroform quickly leave the body, and not be detected after a month?

I was told by a dog trainer that retrievers especially golden's instinctively do not bite as they are bred to retrieve birds in their mouths...they sometimes can be trained to bite but it is usually their stance and growl and bark that are their weapons....they are usually great dogs around children, two of mine are now playing at Rainbow Bridge.....
To: crystalk
There is very little to indicate that Westerfield did anything other than freak, when he learned that he had a corpse or other nasty crime evidence riding along with him in his camper-van.
BUMP and Ditto!! FDA

Thanks for the link, Fresno, and post. I will get back to you with my thoughts.....good to hear that someone is speaking up for the neighbor (if he's not guilty, of course).

I'm a boy, not a girl, and though this may surprise you, out here in flyover country there are still boys who don't wear [and have never worn] jewelry. I don't even wear a watch, so I have absolutely no experience with jewelry whatsover. Nevertheless, as I said before, I don't see how you could sleep if you were wearing earrings and a choker/collar. I also think that wearing jewelry to bed is very bad hygiene - I was always under the impression that if a girl didn't clean the pierced holes in her ear, she could get all kinds of infections.
Of course, parents don't give a rat's ass about hygiene anymore. Have you been to a day care center lately? The children I see in daycare are uniformly as filthy as swine.
To: Alissa
"Gossip is a SIN!"Ssshhhh! Don't go talking like that to this bunch, they're busy casting stones right now.
