Hear hear!!!! I would like for ONE Doctor to step forward and show us the "medical necessity" for partial birth abortion.
I would like to be face to face with a woman who is thinking about an abortion. (I think I could talk them out of it. Just give me some pics to show them.. make it real to them, give them some legitimate alternative idea's, and they will find a better alternative 100 percent of the time, unless they are cold and heartless!! Lost souls so to speak.)
I would like to be able to educate teenagers. Yes.. 13 and up. I'd like to show them (boys and girls) what a fetus/baby looks like. What aborted babies look like. Horrible? You bet it is. But so is the reality of these babies fate. I honestly feel if they knew.. they just might abstain from sex, or at least be sexually responsible.
"I attended a work group yesterday made up primarily of public health advocates, and I have to say that individually, each is a fine individual, but collectively, they are parasites.
Emphasis added to the best point :o) and want to say personally I feel the statement "public health advocates".. is a misuse of title :o) LOL
Thanks for your great responses on this thread. You're a definite asset to us all!!
FRegards friend!!!!
....'Glory'
So much human methane should be considered a security risk to the President.
I did not respond immediately after reading your response, so that I could give your views more thought. With all due respect, I still disagree with you. Many people have a problem with any form of contraceptive because it interferes with life's processes the way God meant them to be.
Yet nature daily allows thousands, maybe millions of joined cells not to survive because they do not attach to the womb. It does not bother my conscience to follow nature's lead and allow a woman to take a pill that disallows the joined cells to adhere to the womb. If there are health problems for, as you said, making the uterin wall a toxic place, then currently that is unfounded and a problem for science to solve if it does prove to be a problem.
Thanks Glory. I would appreciate the link. I used to have one.. but lost it when I had to do a total restore once :o(
The pictures are horrid to see. But when you get people who are incapable of opening their minds by words along.. a picture can say a million words.
A "LINK" would not offend those who don't want to look (even some pro-lifers can't take seeing them)... but would allow us to send people there who just can't seem to phanthom that they are advocating killing babies.
In many instances.. I think people actually HAD an abortion, be they the woman who physically did the deed,..or the man who agreed to it. And that is (the guilt) why they try so hard to defend it.
Thats just my theory.
I also think there are many many men, who knowing their girlfriend or even wife was pregnant,.. would offer to care for the child for life if given the choice. Many men never know. I think that is another outrage of this issue.
I imagine as J.R.R. Tolkien said, you could call a "Crisis Pregnancy Center" and ask for a prolife OBGYN. Or.. you could call the different OB-Gyn offices,..and ask them if the physician is prolife. But I would suggest you state why your asking first. They may be hesitant to offer up that kind of opinion on the phone. The lunatics are out there in all aspects of this issue (meaning, the ones who would be so hypocritical as to harm someone who opposes their ideology).
A Church group might also have knowledge of Prolife Docs.
Hope this helps in some small manner. And if you don't mind.. could you freepmail me the link too? I've been really busy with a sick hubby.. who just may have spread his flu to me (though un-intentional..as he is a doll!!)
Thanks friend.. and God Bless!!!
