It makes lot of sense....dollars and cents... contributed by you and me and every taxpayer in this country!

I want to see the list of every person during the Clinton years paid one of these "Clinton bonuses" - EVERY ONE!

Can we get this - FOIA? There's something for Larry Klayman to spend some time on that would make a difference.

I think if we got these records, we would find answers to a great many questions.......

If you will read the statement again, you will see that they are CIVIL SERVICE executives. President Bush cannot fire them, by LAW, unless he provides a documented record of malfeasance.

This list of bonuses is probably the first step in building a case, but it is going to take years to get rid of the Clinton lackies that were switched to Civil Service jobs as yet another landmine for the President.

"Under the law, bonuses of 5 percent to 20 percent of base pay for career government executives are allowed following recommendations by review boards that by law must include a majority of career executives."

What a ridiculously ludicrous law!! The Effete Elite Deadwood CareerRATS get paid extra to continue to perform abysmally on their jobs?! If rewarding failure is the strategy, I reckon the Head of the newly-federalized BaggageChecker Union oughtta get a per-Victim Bonus for every air traveller killed by the failures of these new Federal Yutzes!!

SHEEEESH, except for our fine military, the Federal Guv'ment is Always The Problem, Never the Solution!!

This is another truth to bring out if Mrs. x-co-president decides to run for office. I hope someone has the gumption to say it out loud to her face.

C'mon. You people are acting as though your paychecks belong to you.
You'd think you were working to support yourselves. Were did you ever get THAT idea, the outdated constitution?
It lived and breathed it's last breath during the Clinton regime.
Bush is now trying mouth to mouth, but the dumocraps are sitting on it's chest.

Can anybody say: PAYOFFS to people who did the Clinton dirty work?????

I'm sure there were a few payoffs involved, but this is mostly a reflection of sheer incompetence, greed, and placing emotion over intellect. ie "He's a nice guy, he deserves a bonus."

Exactly. There was a story back before the 2000 election of how the Clintons were "burying" their people deep into these agencies in positions from which they could not be removed.

President Bush is leading the war against the Taliban and other terrorist entities overseas - AND against the Clintonista destroyers inside his own government agencies...plus the press.

I hope tis is the start of making these people in government "accountable" - I know his Cabinet heads have been working hard to end the other Clintonista abuses of taxpayer money in each agency - but I want the names of these "bonus" winners, please. EVery last one of them, every bonus amount, and the justification for them!

Thanks for the ping, MnM. This pond scum will never go away. More and more sludge comes up from his cesspool of a presidency.

"...the thief was bribing Federal employees using Its access to federal dollars as the payoff moola."

It's the DemonRAT Strategy in a Nutshell, ever-expanding the Federal Leviathan to enable them to pay off more and more Worthless Federal Drones to make themselves busy bothering all the productive members of society!!

GOPers must fight back by setting REAL, ACHIEVABLE GOALS for downsizing Federal Spending as a Percentage of Gross Domestic Product from its present All-Time High of 25%+ to LESS THAN 12% of GDP by 2012!! Supporting the present Status Quo is the antithesis of True Conservatism!!

Bonus came with a self destructing note which read "Thank you in advance for your silence. If you do decide to talk, well let's just say there is still room in most Arkansas cemetaries." Happy holidays.
