Orphaned Afghan girls, dressed-up in celebration of Eid, play on the grounds of
the Alaudin orphanage in the Afghan capital Kabul, Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001.
During the three days of Eid, which follow the holy fasting month of Ramadan,
the roughly 300 girls at the orphanage wear make-up and gowns given to them
by private donors.

It's hard to tell who's more thrilled to see the other .... Secretary Rumsfeld or the troops. Gosh, it's good to have adults running the show again!
God bless President Bush and our military ...... and God bless America!
Thanks so much for this daily thread ...... we see photos we wouldn't see anywhere else!

Thanks once again for the great pics and videos! I love watching the bombings while listening to "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers, as it's certainly a very lovely day when we're bombing the snot out of the bad guys. As I sit here at work, I marvel at the excellent use of my tax dollars. :-D
To: Diogenesis
In that last video...Is that a second bomb or a secondary?
