Iranian state-affiliated media has reported the death of two fighter pilots at Dezful Air Base, with claims a “technical defect” caused their ejector seats to engage, firing the pilots into the hangar roof.

Once on MTV they had the dopey host guy take a ride in a fighter jet. He admitted he was very nervous.
The pilot told him to NOT touch or pull anything with a black and yellow stripe on it (showed several) and this lever will shoot you out of the plane into the sky——something you don’t want to do today, do you? “No.”
He made it okay but could barely walk later due to shaking. Amusing.

It is amazingly dumb to push the kill-yourself button on the dashboard but it takes a precision-level stupid for two do do it at the same time. I’m guessing wiring not maintained, control module fried, or Mossad games.
