Veterans Benefits

I can't believe the president can cut veterans benefits but spends our tax dollars to rebuild another country. We should take care of our own before taking care of others. Wasn't it our veterans that took care of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and big oil? Did they ever pay a nickel for what we did for them in the Gulf War?

I am vet... I have only seen my benfits for both my disability and my educational benfits increase... why do you go back and look at the facts.... The goverment has not always been perfect in the dealings with veterans benfits, but it is a damn sight better then what it was. In fact the monthly stipend for the GI bill in the past 5 years has gone from 539.00 per month up to 1059.00 per month. if that is a cut it is the strangest one that i have ever seen. and my disability benfit has increased two dollars per year for the past 8 years. once again go find out the facts before you start laying out false appeals to emotion.
