Our Mission: The FReeper Foxhole is dedicated to Veterans of our Nation's military forces and to others who are affected in their relationships with Veterans. In the FReeper Foxhole, Veterans or their family members should feel free to address their specific circumstances or whatever issues concern them in an atmosphere of peace, understanding, brotherhood and support. The FReeper Foxhole hopes to share with it's readers an open forum where we can learn about and discuss military history, military news and other topics of concern or interest to our readers be they Veteran's, Current Duty or anyone interested in what we have to offer. If the Foxhole makes someone appreciate, even a little, what others have sacrificed for us, then it has accomplished one of it's missions. We hope the Foxhole in some small way helps us to remember and honor those who came before us.

Cool, thanks Mayor.
A squad of Marines drove up the highway between Basra and Baghdad. They came upon an Iraqi soldier badly injured and unconscious.
Nearby on the opposite side
of the road was an American Marine in a similar state, but he was alert. As first aid was
given to both men, they asked the injured Marine what happened. The Marine responded "I was heavily armed and moving north along
the highway. Coming south was a heavily armed Iraqi soldier".
"What happened then?" the corpsman asked.
"I told him Saddam Hussein was a miserable piece of crap and then the Iraqi told me that Tom Daschle, Ted Kennedy and Bill Clinton
were miserable pieces of crap!"
"What happened then?" the corpsman asked.
" We were shaking hands when a truck hit us."
LOL! There was a version of that going around about Ho Chi Minh and LBJ in my Vietnam days.
LOL. Thanks Mayor.
Independence Day dress. Thanks Snippy and Sam.
Spiderboy took this one, so I could hold Kidlette.
Msdrby's cat Ben thinks the stroller is the cats-meow.
Spider boy is good with that camera. Does Ben go for rides or jump out as soon as it's moving?
Those now-dead white men were courageous beyond compare. I'm so very thankful to them.
Their VC's are proudly displayed at the 24th's Museum in Brecon. I visited it in 1985.
Thank you! You have no idea how much your country's support means to me.
