Thanks, Sam! Same to you!! I could have strolled over to the River (or up on the 3rd floor for that matter) and watched the fireworks which are usually pretty awesome here, but I didn't. There are people in the area who have been setting them off continually all night....still! The display by the river was really, really loud! I could see some of it through the trees from the 1st floor, but we decided to pass on making an effort greater than that! Sounds like you had a great view!!! I wish you could have seen the Aquatennial display here a while back. That was the biggest and longest display I have ever seen in my life. The chucks of blown up fireworks were actually landing on us and the air was thick with smoke and powder, but it was magnificent!

Yeah we had a closd of smoke hanging over the neighborhood this year there was so much going off. It was great.
