And this is the confidence we have in Him,
that if we ask anything according to His Will, He hears us. We know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him - I John 5: 14-15

"Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness,
but instead expose them". - Ephesians 5:11

[Faith]

But rise, and stand upon your feet;
for I have appeared unto you for this purpose,
to make you a minister and a witness both of these things which you have seen
and those things in which I will appear unto you . . .
(Acts 26: 16}

Therefore be imitators of God as His beloved children.
(Ephesians 5:1)

They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him.
(Titus 1:16)

Holy Lord,

We have all opposed You at one time or another, and yet You never gave up on us nor turned Your back on us. By Your grace, we were called to You and to Your purposes, just as You called the Apostle Paul. And Your desire is to make us witnesses of the things we have seen and experienced----the mercy and grace that have led to our own personal conversions. Lord, how grateful we are that You pursued us and gave us chance after chance to receive the beautiful gift of salvation that You offer.

But now we ask that You make us not only Your disciples, but also Your followers. Help us to care enough about our fellow man to be concerned about their eternal destiny as well. May we be imitators of You, Lord, as Your dear children. And may we walk in Your love. May we not forget that we were once darkness, but now we are light in You, Lord.Help us to be ministers and witnesses of Your love and Your truth.

God of Hope, please lead us to victory for America as we soon begin the process of defending our nation at the polls. We know there are some candidates for office who are morally and spiritually unqualified, for they profess to know You, but in works they deny You. Some are even attempting to rewrite Your Word. Lord God, may Your wisdom penetrate every Christian’s heart—-first of all to get out and vote; and secondly, to vote for the people of integrity and honor who will defend our nation and its Constitution.

Father, we also ask You to hide our military men and women in the shadow of Your wings. We know that they are frequently in extremely dangerous situations. Please keep their families back home safe and faithful to them in prayer. Send Your people to help them with all their needs. And may our military leaders and Commander-in-Chief be given Your wisdom and understanding regarding the Iran War.

Bless Your people, Israel, Father and may there be plentiful laborers to enter the fields of harvest so that all souls may receive Your salvation.

God of Grace, make us instruments of Your peace and Your love. There is much to do before our Saviour’s return. Help us Lord, to participate actively and prayerfully, for we know not the day nor the hour. In the Name of Jesus Christ we lift up these prayers to You, Amen.
