Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media.

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus.

What a foundation you stand on now: the apostles and the prophets; and the cornerstone of the building is Christ Himself! We who believe are carefully joined together with Christ as parts of a beautiful, constantly growing temple for God. And you are also joined with Him and with each other by the Spirit and are part of this dwelling place for God.

The Living Bible

Heavenly Father God, Maker of all heavens and earth, we thank You for calling us to love and to serve You. We thank You for the invitation to be integrated into the temple of Your Holy Spirit, as building stones, bound by Your mercy and strengthened by Your love.

Those who come and listen and obey Me are like a man who builds a house on a strong foundation laid upon the underlying Rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against the house, it stands firm, for it is strongly built. But those who listen and don’t obey are like a man who builds a house without a foundation. When the floods sweep down upon that house, it crumbles into a heap of ruins.

A Mighty Fortress is our God and Christ is The Solid Rock.
Your Kingdom can never be shaken, will never crumble, never decay, and endures forever.

Let us celebrate this day, our Christian heritage. May our hope and our joy be contagious. May we overcome the enemy that has hijacked our culture.

Give us every opportunity to extend Your light, stand in Your truth, and be witness to Your mercy.

We thank You for everything. We especially thank You for Jesus Christ and in His name we do pray.
