I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Heavenly Father God, Maker of all heavens and earth, we thank You for calling us to love and to serve You. We thank You for the invitation to be integrated into the temple of Your Holy Spirit, as building stones, bound by Your mercy and strengthened by Your love.
