Father God, You are One and You call us to be one with You and with one another. The tower of Babel was brought down because of the power of unity.
As the Church is increasingly under attack by false religions, Satan-inspired haters and destroyers both from outside and from within the Body, we ask You for a fresh infusion of Your unifying love so that we can be strong for the battle. We ask for the manifestation of so many scriptures from Your Word
*“walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace”
*”till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; “
*”Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself.”
We appreciate the different gifts You have given each of us. Please encourage Your members of the five-fold ministries to make the preaching of Your love foremost because Love never fails. You tell us that Your love is shed abroad in our hearts, but the day to day release of Your love requires grace. May this love increase and abound as You lead us to seek first Your Kingdom and its righteousness.
Thank You for strengthening Your body and granting us victories against our enemies in the name of Jesus. Amen.
