America Prayer Vigil - 7/15/26 [Prayer]

Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Agri-Business; End to Sex Slavery; Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14)

I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 1 JOHN 5:14

I am alert and active, watching over My word to perform it. (Jer. 1:12) “So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please.” (Is. 55:12)

Father God, we love Your Word. We love its Truth. We love the way it changes our lives and atmosphere. We love Your faithfulness. We love that it never changes and never fails. We love that all Heaven responds to it.

Today, Father, we pray for our UNITED States of America from Proverbs 13 & 14.You contrast the wicked and the righteous here. We call on You to fulfill Your Word concerning the wicked who have slithered their way into public office either through elections or appointments, public influencers, demonically influenced religious leaders and people whose selfish ambition has robbed, killed and destroyed the righteous.

You said:

*Whoever despises the word and counsel [of God] brings destruction upon himself, but he who [reverently] fears and respects the commandment [of God] is rewarded.

*A wicked messenger falls into evil, but a faithful ambassador brings healing.

*Evil pursues sinners, but the consistently upright and in right standing with God is recompensed with good.

*Satisfied desire is sweet to a person; therefore it is hateful and exceedingly offensive to [self-confident] fools to give up evil [upon which they have set their hearts].

*In the fool’s own mouth is a rod [to shame] his pride, but the wise men’s lips preserve them.

*The [uncompromisingly] righteous eats to his own satisfaction, but the stomach of the wicked is in want.

*The house of the wicked shall be overthrown, but the tent of the upright shall flourish.

*The wicked is overthrown through his wrongdoing and calamity, but the [consistently] righteous has hope and confidence even in death.

We trust You because You said, “For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.”

“And lead (bring) us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.”

Thank You for being the Champion of our salvation. We agree with Your Word, Jesus. Amen.

I trust in the Lord for protection.
So why do you say to me,
“Fly like a bird to the mountains for safety!

The wicked are stringing their bows
and fitting their arrows on the bowstrings.
They shoot from the shadows
at those whose hearts are right.

The foundations of law and order have collapsed.
What can the righteous do?”

But the Lord is in his holy Temple;
the Lord still rules from heaven.
He watches everyone closely,
examining every person on earth.

The Lord examines both the righteous and the wicked.
He hates those who love violence.

He will rain down blazing coals and burning sulfur on the wicked,
punishing them with scorching winds.
7
For the righteous Lord loves justice.
The virtuous will see his face.
