🇺🇸Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem🇮🇱 (6/30/26)[Prayer]

Personalities
1 Samuel 2:1-11
2Â And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the Lord, mine horn is exalted in the Lord: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation.
2Â There is none holy as the Lord: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God.
3Â Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
4Â The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength.
5Â They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble.
6Â The Lord killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up.
7Â The Lord maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
8Â He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's, and he hath set the world upon them.
9Â He will keep the feet of his saints, and the wicked shall be silent in darkness; for by strength shall no man prevail.
10Â The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken to pieces; out of heaven shall he thunder upon them: the Lord shall judge the ends of the earth; and he shall give strength unto his king, and exalt the horn of his anointed.
11Â And Elkanah went to Ramah to his house. And the child did minister unto the Lord before Eli the priest.

Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem

Oh LORD,

To You be the Glory!

Nothing is Impossible with You!

Your Word is a Shining Light!

Never Shall I Be Afraid,

For I Drink Deeply of Your Life-Sustaining Spirit,

Because We Walk With You Daily In Your Word,

New Insights Come to Us Every Morning

How Wonderful You Are!

Let all that has been Concealed
Be Revealed.
Father, We Pray For The Peace Of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Pray That You Will Forgive The Sins of Our Own Nation,
and Lead us all to Godly Repentance
Create in Us Clean Hearts, Oh LORD,
and Renew a Right Spirit Within Us.
This we Pray Together,
As We Await Your Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Set Up His Kingdom,
And Make All Things Right.
God Bless America.

Hannah's Prayer is posted in Scripture for us all to read. If we turn to the Gospel of Luke, we see a similar Prayer, also posted in its entirety. That Prayer in Luke is called "The Magnificat" and are the words of Mary, the Mother of Jesus.
Both Prayers follow a similar pattern:
1. God's Glory: Both Prayers open with Praise for Who God IS. Worship is given to His Holy Name, the Name Above All Names.
2. God's Mighty Deeds are Recounted: The next part of both Prayers Praise God For What He Has Done, and Continues to Do.
3. Contrast: Both Prayers Contrast God's Relationship with the Rich vs. the Poor, the Powerless vs. the Mighty, and the The People who Trust in Him vs. the People who do not.
None of the Prayers in the Bible are "magic formulae" to get God to do something for us; they are sincere expressions of Wonder, Awe, and Gratitude. However, it's okay to see them of Patterns of Prayer that give us an opportunity to express ourselves to the Almighty. Both Hannah and Mary spoke from their hearts, yet the "order" of their prayers are strangely similar.
As the Psalmist said:
I will enter His gates with thanksgiving in my heart,
I will enter His Courts with Praise.
I will say "This is the Day that the Lord has made,
I will rejoice because He has made me glad.
Praise God for WHO He Is.
Praise Him For WHAT He Does.
Thank Him for HIS Love
You'll never run out of things to thank Him for.
Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.
