Father,
Thank You for the privilege of prayer, that You want to hear from us and provide the way for our prayers to You to be heard. Thank You for the righteousness that You impute to us through Christ, that we don't have to trust in our own righteousness. We thank You that You have made Your will known in Scripture to guide us in prayer.
So we pray for the salvation of souls because it's Your will that all men come to repentance. Open blinded and deceived eyes and hearts to see and understand Your truth.
Please give us godly leaders who rule justly and follow the Law. Remove from office those who oppose everything good and do not govern justly.
Please protect our leaders from harm and assassination attempts. Protect our first responders, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, soldier, reservists, ICE agents, border patrol, anyone involved in upholding and enforcing the law. Show us how to minister to them.
And we pray for the upcoming elections, that honest elections would take place and cheating be caught and dealt with.
And we thank You for the outcome of these requests and wait to see how You're going to answer them.
