Father God, we are grateful to You for our military and our war department. It is such a comfort to see the level of excellence and commitment to our protection that we have missed for so many years. We give You the glory.
We pray today for our Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth. Thank You for his bold testimony of being Yours. Give him wisdom, understanding, witty inventions, favor and wise and skilful counselors. Surround him and his family with angelic protection. You are his Shield and Defender!
Because he is Yours, give him time to study to show himself approved unto You. We pray that You would send him whatever Word he needs to bring him healing and direction. We ask You, Sir, to order his every step. Personally, may he do what You want him to do and say what You want him to say in the way You choose. May Your Kingdom increase through his life.
We pray that You would teach him how to supervise his staff and military under him. Holy Spirit, You and Jesus are the Great Teachers. Anoint him to excel at this aspect of his job. We ask You to make him like the sons of Issachar supernaturally knowing the times and seasons.
Thank You for audience with You today and for all that You are surely accomplishing through the Secretary. We are grateful to You in Jesus’ name. Amen.
