Holy God,
As we enter this Holy Week, may we pause each day to worship You and praise Your Name for the sacrifice made by our Savior, Jesus Christ. We thank You, Jesus, for freely laying down Your life for us, for as Your Word says, "I am the Good Shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep." Thank You, Jesus, for the love You have for Your entire creation.
Merciful God, we thank You for being our Father. The times we live in can be frightening, but may we never forget that we belong to the Creator of the Universe, the One Eternal Lord, the Author and Finisher of our Faith, the Blessed Redeemer, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. Father, help us to believe in You and Your Word no matter what we see happening around us. Please help us to dwell in the shadow of Your wings, placing our trust in You. And may our faith be only in You, for You are the Truth that always triumphs over reality. Thank You, Father, that we need never fear, but only believe.
Please grant Your peace and powerful protection to those who defend our nation, Lord. Surely there are times when they are fearful and long to be home amid familiar surroundings. We pray that they will believe in Your unfailing love, Your everlasting faithfulness, and Your divine shelter. Comfort all those whose loved ones have paid the ultimate price in defending America. May the gift of wisdom be given to our President and his cabinet as they navigate these difficult times. Thank You for hearing the prayers of the American people, for we know that You bless the nation whose God is the Lord.
Please grant peace, protection, and the spreading of the Gospel in Israel and in every country in the world, Lord. Let none perish, but all come to repentance.
We worship You on this Blessed Palm Sunday, Precious King. Help us to be among those who cry out with sincere voices, “Hosannah! Blessed is the Name of the Lord.” May we never cease to worship the One Who is worthy of all honor, glory, all praise and blessing. In the Mighty Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
