Join with fellow FREEPERS to pray for AMERICA: For those in Authority in Government, Family, Military, Business, Agri-Business; End to Sex Slavery; Healthcare, Education, Churches, and the Media. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. (1 John 5:14) I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. ~ 1 Timothy 2:1-2 Religion Forum Threads labeled [Prayer] are closed to debate of any kind.
Forgive me for my fears. I must remember that You say, “Fear Not!” over and over again in Your Word. What a comfort. How blessed we are to have Your Word in our hands – to be able to read it and be guided by it. I know that WE, as intercessors, were born for such a time as this: to reject fear of war on our shores. To reject fear of bombs and missiles being aimed at our country – our people. We reject living in fear of terrorist attacks in our country. We are called to pray and to believe what Your Word says – and to act on it:
“May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.”
“What time I am afraid, I will trust in You.”
“Some trust in horses and some trust in chariots, but we will trust in the Name of Our God!”
“You are our shield and our fortress – we will trust in You.”
Father, over and over we’re seeing that these terrorists have shown themselves to be dangerous in the past, but the courts have let them go free. We pray for this to stop. And for all courts to take seriously the threats of those who hate America.
Lord, I look at President Trump and see the weariness – he’s carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders. We pray for him to recognize and tap in to Your strength. We pray for him to recognize the wisdom of Your Holy Scriptures and submit himself to them. God bless him and keep him and his family during these dark days of war.
We pray for the military members fighting this war – for Your protection. We pray for their families to be comforted by Your Spirit and Your Scriptures. We pray for the families of those who have died during this conflict to be comforted and find peace as they grieve their loved ones who were killed.
We pray, Father, for the peace of Jerusalem. Protect the leaders, the military, and the people of Israel. And please Father, let this war end soon.
We pray for our senators. Oh, dear Lord, open their eyes and hearts to “do the right thing” instead of doing what is best for their party, their agenda, or their own careers. Thank You for the ones who are standing with President Trump. We pray for the passage of The Save America Act, which we help us to have safe, honest elections going forward. We pray for the passage of the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, so that the agencies workers can be paid. How absurd and shameful it is that they would withhold funds during this perilous time.
Father, thank You for Your blessed Shabbat. Help us to rest and refresh. Help us to turn away from the cares of the world and turn, instead, to You. Help us to worship and praise You – to focus on Your Word, Your Ways, and thee Wonders of Your Works. May You be pleased with our obedience to Your commandment. May Your face shine upon us and grant us Your peace.
We pray in the name of Yeshua, our Messiah, and hope that He is coming soon. Amain.

Amen, and Shabbat Shalom.
Amen to your powerful prayer! Praying in agreement. I trust in our King Jesus Christ!
Amen.
Psalm 91
1 You who live in the shelter of the Most High,
who abide in the shadow of the Almighty,*
2 will say to the Lord, ‘My refuge and my fortress;
my God, in whom I trust.’
3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence;
4 he will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
5 You will not fear the terror of the night,
or the arrow that flies by day,
6 or the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
or the destruction that wastes at noonday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 Because you have made the Lord your refuge,*
the Most High your dwelling-place,
10 no evil shall befall you,
no scourge come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the adder,
the young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.
14 Those who love me, I will deliver;
I will protect those who know my name.
15 When they call to me, I will answer them;
I will be with them in trouble,
I will rescue them and honour them.
