I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
EVERY SAINT HAS A PAST . . . EVERY SINNER HAS A FUTURE
“I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
If my people, who are called by My Name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)
We plead for Your Grace and Mercy . . .may we never lose sight of the fact that You, Father God are Lord of all and totally in control of everything.
We come to You with heavy hearts for what is happening to the United States of America. A nation founded on Godly principles, now finds itself living in constant chaos with evil abound in all facets of our society . . . and for the most part churches idly watching it happen.
Just as You foretold in Your Word, evil would be portrayed as good and goodness equated with evil. Please get our attention . . . help our nation turn from its wicked ways. Our poor children are barraged day and night with the very enticement of evil often accompanied by confusion. Please give parents and churches the ability to discern and act accordingly.
We pray for President Trump, Vice-President Vance and those in positions of leadership that they, in making decisions for our nation, will seek Your Righteousness, Your Will, boldly proclaiming Your Honor and giving You all Glory. Help them find strength through the power of Your Word and prayer.
We thank you for Your Hand placed on this President in this disturbing time of trials and tribulation brought about by those who are seeking to destroy the man You chose for such a time as this. Continue to use him in a mighty way to accomplish Your Will.
Father God, we pray for Your protection of our military, defenders of freedom, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement), our state and local law enforcement, government leaders and the judiciary . . . that they too, will look to You for strength and guidance, knowing You and You alone are the Answer for whatever the situation.
Earthquakes, famine, pestilence, floods, disease, malicious criminal activity against humanity are evidenced in increasing proportions. We pray in the Precious and Powerful Name of Jesus that You have mercy on and give Your Guidance to those who have been affected by these catastrophes and evil intentions.
Help us, Heavenly Father, clearly see the path You have chosen for each of our lives. Let this be a time of repentance, seeking Your Wisdom, and following Your Lead in spreading Your Good News. . .the Gospel . . .the Saving Power and Grace. . .that only comes through our repentance of sin and belief in Your Only Begotten Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May You find us faithfully seeking a steadfast relationship with You, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
It is in the Precious and Holy Name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

A Prayer For Our Country
Lord God and Heavenly King, You alone are the Lord of the earth and King of the universe, and You alone can revive and restore the United States Of America and bring us back under Your own Sovereign rule.
Give our President, together with his advisors and the whole of his administration, the wisdom and grace to turn from the ungodly path that they are following, and may they set this nation back on the path of trusting in God.
Motivate all our congressmen to strive for integrity and wisdom in all the choices and decisions they make, and may those that are entrusted as judges and lawmakers, likewise act in righteousness, impartiality and integrity as they work for the benefit of all people, and to the honour of Your holy name.
Heavenly King, we place our nation at your feet, and pray that we may once again serve You as a nation. May Your will be done in the once greatest nation of the world, the United States of America.
