I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone: for kings and all those in authority that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

It is You who hangs the stars in the sky, paints the butterflies wings, and gives sweet fragrance to the rose. You are Creator of all things, architect and engineer of the galaxies, and Author of life.
Lord, we come before You, covered in the blood of Jesus Christ, and intercede on behalf of a broken world. Recently, many Americans have been crushed by this broken world. We lift up those ravaged by hurricane Helene. We lift up those who lost everything in the LA fires.
Father God, though our neighbors have been stripped of their earthly possessions, we pray that they will seek peace and comfort in You. We pray that their hearts will be softened and filled with the love and the mercy of a Mighty God. Turn their eyes toward You, Lord. Give them hope and peace.
Amen. Echoing your prayers honoring our *Creator* GOD.
For cognitive dissonance and darkness of mind to cease among the citizens of our country, especially in California.
For leaders who fail to steward our land in ways that honor our Creator as HIS Creation. Who fail to serve HIS people, to be held to earthly account. For all corruption to be exposed and God’s justice to reign on earth as in Heaven! In Jesus’ name.
