The one “UFO event” that fascinates me the most was the 1997(?) Phoenix Lights - I do not believe the “military aircraft” story

I never understood why aliens who created faster than light travel then show up at our planet and turn on bright lights at night so everyone can spot them then later they like to land in cornfields and create works of art.

Now don’t get me started with their liking to ‘probe’ people....
